5-star price, 0-star service.

First of all, I don’t often leave reviews.

Food:
We went there specifically for the steaks. We ordered a beef steak and lamb ribs. The lamb chops were served barely warm, with stone-cold roasted vegetables—apparently they were meant to be cold.
My partner had a beef steak that came on a “hot” plate so cool that I could touch it with my hand. As for the taste, it was just about average if I really try to be generous.

Service (or lack of it):
We asked for water when we ordered the wine, but it didn’t arrive until after the meal was served—and only after asking again. We were supposed to be served complimentary bread, which also never arrived, until after the main course was served. I’m not sure what the point of offering it was. At no point were we asked how the food was.

Out of courtesy, I left a 10% tip, and my partner told me off for tipping when the service was basically non-existent.

There is no way I would recommend this restaurant to anyone—unless they enjoy cold food, no service, and an overpriced outing. There are places not far from here with absolutely fabulous food and service, so this was a real disappointment.

Good variety of meat but I went spaghetti. Very quiet night and very cold and this location was great for a stop for wine and dinner.

Excellent Steak house with the perfect beef. Many choice of cuts. Friendly and speedy service.
Very good selection of red wines. For San Christobal it is expensive but definitely worth the money.

This was our treat night out. Service was superb and friendly. We had the steak dinner for 2. So much meat!! We couldn’t finish it all and took some home for steak sandwiches the next day. Steak from Argentina had a different flavour than home (Canada). It is so flavourful and tender, and melts in your mouth. They don’t season the meat which allows the flavour to shine through (they do provide salsa, salt, and pepper if you wish to add seasoning). We were also impressed with how the vegetables and potatoes were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to share my own humble opinion, the food was average, my grilled vegetables were ok, and the corn was a little hard.
This in not the first time I eat in an Argentine restaurant but for sure this one to me is overrated, I mean the bill for me my husband and my 2 kids was close to $6,000 pesos.
Would i come back here?
Definitely
not.

The food was amazing but the fact that they ask you to pay with a 20% tip directly lives a bitter taste in the end. I would definitely come again but now I simply won’t. They even folded the receipt to hide the original price and the tip options and they circled the 20% with a marker. Such a pity….

Yeah not bad. It’s not the right cut to be called Bife De Chorizo. It’s just a rib eye steak. The ribeye steak I ordered was really fatty and under cooked and had to be sent back twice. The meat was tasty (in the end) but the chips were greasy and inedible. The chimi churi sauce was also just made with what tasted like 100% oregeno which is not how it’s made. The flan casero was pretty good. Wouldn’t go back there but not bad if you’re fixing for a steak.

The food was fine. But! in the end we got the bill and almost paid 200 peso more because they folded the bill so it will look like the amount after 20% tip is the original amount befor the tip.
And the waiter was not pleasant.
