Stopped for a bite when returning from some shopping in Pigeon Forge. Really fresh whopper Jr. and fries when we ordered the trio special. Had a iced mocha coffee with them . Great service at the drive thru.

It’s your typical fast food place. You kinda have to grade places on a curve. You can’t compare it on the same scale as a regular restaurant. But, my burger was fresh and had good flavor. The fries were hot. And I enjoyed it for what it was.
The dining room was clean and the people were nice. They were out of the fiery mozzarella fries which made me sad but what can you do?

The restaurant is always clean. However, the food…it’s always cold. Why?? Ordered a burger and bacon cheesy tots last night. Both were cold. I just don’t get it. The drive thru cashier girl was so nice, just food isn’t the priority here.

I ordered just a simple double cheeseburger, nothing else. I bit into it and had to spit it out. The beef patty’s were burnt to a crisp too hard to eat. The burger was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted. It’s as if the burger had been sitting there burnt for days, the bun was even cold. I usually will order cheese sticks but the last 3 times I got them they were stone cold and tough. The jalapeño poppers are usually over cooked to tough to eat and cold as if they have been sitting there for a while. This place really sucks!!!

One star is generous. Was a mistake from the moment you pull into the parking lot. The parking lot was dirty from the start. Trash not changed out. The lobby was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned for a while (pictures included.) service was joke, telling me we can’t change our fries out when you can for an up charge. Sorry that you are lazy and hate your job, but you always have to make the customer happy. Can’t ring up an order right. The cup you couldn’t even put a lid on, wouldn’t replace. The burgers were so dry I couldn’t even eat them. And the chicken fries looked more like skeleton fingers. Dry as could be. The worst thing I have ever ate. I’d came here before and got food poisoning, but I thought I’d give it another try, but they proved me wrong. You’re better off going down the road to Checkers. Way better food. Whatever franchise owns this needs to come in and give them a wake up call.

It was late and we were coming home after a day of traveling. The drive-thru speaker wasn’t working in the line was super long because everyone had to order at the window. But once we got to order I wanted to mention Allen with thoughtful and kind and made sure we were ordering things in a bundle if it was able to save us money. The food was hot and fresh and he made the long wait worth it in the end. A lot of restaurants can be frustrated and annoyed especially when the speaker’s not working and it’s super busy at 11:00 at night on a weekend. But he was happy and ready to help.

I come here frequently on weekends!! I always look at google before I drive 25 minutes out of my way to get late night food!! You could post that closing early for maintenance!! I drive all the way out here to not be able to get food. So almost a hour out of my way because ya can’t update a schedule. Absolutely ridiculous

Went through drive through and ordered 3 things for 7.00 Bacon cheese burger and fries and drink 8 piece chicken nuggets and cheese burger plain they forgot the fries when told the lady at the window she acted like she didn’t care and I was lieing about it looked back at order went and got it just handed it out the window no bag or anything very bad customer service

Stopped by this nearby burger king heading towards our hotel. Food is as good as any amazing burger king. If you need somewhere to stop on your way to your destination then come eat at this burger king!
