Food was gross. I couldn’t finish it. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Sweet tea was so sweet that it tasted like cough medicine. Fries were warm but you can tell they been sitting. The chicken was old! You can tell it was an old sandwich because the cheese had turned dark. It was so much sauce on it that the bread was soggy. Definitely was a waste of money. I’m not sure what happened to Wendy’s but it’s horrible. The ONLY reason I didn’t give it 1 star across the board was because the girl on drive thru was at least pleasant. I hope I don’t get sick later

I drove there ordered a Double Stack Biggie Bag and there was a bug crawling on my son’s food . Today is Friday January the 3rd 2025. I just got off the phone at 4:37 with the manager and he gun up in my face . Be careful eating here, bugs in food & managers can care less about the safety!

Really wish I had read these reviews before getting off the highway to come here. Terrible experience. Cold food, no condiments, and the restaurant itself is just plain nasty. I cannot believe this place can even have the Wendy’s name on it. I will say the girl that took our order was very polite and nice to us. That was the ONLY good part of this experience.

Don’t go inside if you don’t have to. Part of dining area is closed because of leaks causing green alge to grow on the wall and floor. Condiments? What’s that? Not even napkins in dispensers let alone ketchup.
Update: They ran out of English muffins for the breakfast sandwiches and so used two burger bun bottoms. I asked specifically about this as they had done it before. They lied to me and gave me the burger buns. I’m done with this Wendy’s.

The worst Wendy’s in Richmond. I received my order from Uber eats all of the burgers were undercooked pink in the middle. The drinks came flat with no ice hot as hell. The fries were cold. Do not order at this Wendy’s and I will be reporting this to the health department.
