do not waste your time going to this store, laziest drive through employees ever, this franchise should be closed permanently!
told me their scanner was not working so i was unable to redeem a reward, this is the third time i have been at this specific location and the “scanner” is down… and i can not even begin to count how many times i have been through the drive through and have gotten that the drink machine is down or the frosty machine is broken

Literally could not get something right if their life depended on it. This is the only Wendy’s I know of close to me so I order from here time to time however I can’t think of ONE time they actually got my order right something is always missing. If they don’t have something they don’t even say anything to the DoorDashers/to me at the drive thru they just take your money and I don’t find out until I get home. Please get new staff at this Wendy’s I’m begging you the ones there now are literally ruining this establishment with their laziness!! This is genuinely the last time I order from here so I don’t have to worry about this again, this is one of the only and I mean ONLY places in Wilson I’ve ever had this much trouble with it’s ridiculous! Not giving me what I ordered isn’t that serious but constantly not giving me what I ordered and taking my money knowingly is. If I could give negative stars I would.

Stopped today to try and get lunch as I wanted to try the new Chicken Tenders… however I pull up to the drive thru and I am told just a moment … No big deal and I wait and I wait… then another voice goes sorry for the wait may I take your order and I start to place it when another voice comes across and says “not yet please wait” so after another few minutes I decided they didn’t want my business so I went to Hardees. As I pulled around there was nobody in the Drive Thru and looked like the staff wasn’t to concerned about assisting customers. Not the first time this has happened here apparently they have enough business to pick and choose who they wait on.

I purchased the chicken wrap combo. The chicken wrap was awful. The chicken was not hot, and was dry. The chicken tasted as if it was sitting out all day. This was only the second time I have gotten this wrap and it will be the last. The black guy that made this wrap, did a terrible job. Not to mention him and the heavyset girl at the window acted as if they both did not want to be at work. If this is the kind of service that’s going to be there after 9:00 or 10:00 at night, then just close early.

When i was finally able to pull over and eat my Single it didnt taste right.
After a few bites i thought I’d share.
Two pickle slices, one onion ring, one itty thin lettuce leaf….NO TOMATOES, no mustard.
SLATHERED in mayo and ketchup. Good melted cheese.
This is the third time this past year i thought Id try again. MAYBE they will get a simple, no additions or subtractions order correct.
Wishful thinking.

Unless you want to pay to get sick or be treated with an attitude, or get a wrong order – don’t go here.. i NEVER leave reviews but this blew me away… Was literally served a burger with green mold. I’ve sent pictures to a corporate contact. This is not the first time I was provided with sub-par service and given a wrong order. Now I get green molded food?! This is a serious health and safety concern that needs to be addressed.

Food is stale, service very slow, atmosphere needs a lot of cleaning. We were the only customers inside, drive thru had 2 vehicles, no one came in while we were eating. They are not too busy to clean! There were 4 employees that I saw. The tables were all mostly filthy and trash on the floor under or on the tables. Read sign on the outside of the building said, “work today get paid tomorrow” wondering if cleaning involves working…Also what exactly are they advertising on the sign? (this is wilson though!)
