Things have changed. You now have to scan a QR code for your drinks or the machine will not work. So there really isn’t any customer service besides somebody bringing out your food.

Ordered chili 5 ways through the drive thru. Was looking forward to some good ole’ chili 5 ways. However, when I took a bite, the sauce tasted like straight up ketchup with hot sauce in it. VERY disappointed! Quickly ruined my appetite. Definitely Not the good ole chili 5 ways I was looking forward to.

The food is really good here, the service isn’t much being that you have to order through a kiosk. The facility was really nice and clean and my son played the claw machine(doesn’t have enough pressure to pick up anything)
