I come to this Wendy’s occasionally and they had been pretty decent, until recently when I was yearning for their breakfast fries and a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin sandwich.
Ordering was a little challenging as the girl taking my order didn’t seem to understand I wanted large fries, but a small coffee with my order and she kept asking me to repeat what I wanted. I still ended up with large fries and a large coffee.
The fries were excellent! But the sandwich, which looked fresh, was loaded with too much grease, it was actually dripping off when I picked up the sandwich and the sandwich itself was cool, the English muffin wasn’t even toasted. I didn’t finish it all, it wasn’t very good.

No stars after my recent visit to the Wendy’s on Warrenton road. My baked potato has a bug cooked on the top of the outside of the potato. The person preparing the food should have clearly seen the bug as they were cutting the potato. Tried to call Warrenton Road Wendy’s all day Monday, no voice-mail or options to make complaint.

No more! I’ve had to return too many salads to this location due to old lettuce and cold chicken. Come on people it’s lettuce! You can clearly see when you are making the salad that thw lettuce is no good. Just toss it already! I’m done!

When you walk into Wendy’s because you know they have great food, but are not even greeted by anyone…really makes you lose your appetite. Don’t waste you time or spend you hard earned money here. Whoever owns this franchise is obviously a joke of a company. Find somewhere else, where even when busy, they will acknowledge you standing there.

Don’t bother stopping here. This gem of a location got my order wrong, then charged me another $1.50 to correct their mistake. Then handed me the extra patty so I could build my own burger! Just keep driving.

I am constantly hoping this Wendy’s improves but every time I am let down. Last time I was given a drink without ice, this time it’s clear this salad is over a week old and looks like it has been frozen. So disappointed.

I come in with my family after seeing a sign for 50 nuggets, so we agree we’d like to have a plain Nugget bucket. We go in and my mother orders a biggie bag and a 50 pc normal nugget basket. I order a plain pretzel baconator and my girlfriend orders a Jr son of baconator.
After getting our bag we already notice an issue, our nuggets for the biggie bag are gone. We ask and they hand it to us no big deal and then we leave, with me doing a basic check.
What we received was a ‘bacon double burger’ instead of a bacontor, not even plain. Finally, after driving for a bit I finally check the nuggets, they are the spicy variation.
Horrible Wendy’s with little coordination between the members. If you would like to have to worry about if you got your order right, you have come to the right place!

Bright and clean — just like my grade school’s cafeteria, but minus the grumpy lunch lady. They seemed pretty disorganized on a slow Saturday night, but my chili and salad were all right. If they’ll shoot the architect and send me certification, I’ll change my rating to 5 stars.

I was served raw chicken, was sick for 3 days with a weak stomach and could not keep much of anything down [able to keep mostly fluids down]
I was offered coupons for someone’s negligence and incompetence, they said they were busy that night… i saw 3 to 5 people at the register upfront just talking and joking around… i called and spoke to the MOD, he called me a liar over the phone until I gave it back to him through the window were he was obviously in awe. Threw it in the trash and tried to give me another chicken sandwich
