The food here is absolutely amazing and delicious. We loved the paella so much! They also serve a hot seafood soup that’s perfect for the cool autumn weather. The staff, Alba, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Knowing we were Chinese, she thoughtfully asked if we’d like the paella made less salty—a very considerate gesture on her part! We absolutely need it to be less salty ☺️

We had a great dining experience here!

Nice restaurant in the old center of city, heavy tourist traffic. Stopped for a decent paella and we were not disappointed. Ordered the black paella and the classic seafood paella, both were very nicely cooked and prepared, a little short on shrimp and mussels. Service was fine but atmosphere is a little bit cafeteria like with very plain table set ups. Good value for your buck here especially in such a touristy part of town.

This seafood meal absolutely blew me away.

We came here with no reservations, so only the high top tables up front were available. We ordered the clams as a starter, it was so delicious! I suggest you order a side of bread to scoop up the remaining garlic oil sauce. For the main we shared the seafood paella and the grilled shrimps. The shrimps melted in your mouth, they were so perfectly cooked. The paella was also very tasty. The stand out for me was this shrimp cracker that was on the menu. It was a wonderfully crunchy snack packed with umami flavor, I would love to have two orders of this, it was so good.

For sure one of the best seafood meals I’ve had here in Granada. Loved it !

* Worth mentioning why I am deducting one star even though the food was standout. We didn’t have reservations, so we were told only high top tables available because the restaurant was fully booked. For the 2 hours we were there, 90% of the main tables remained empty. They had an entire floor of upstairs seating, downstairs seating, and courtyard. I did notice another couple walking in with no reservations and they got seated. I do feel there is some kind of discrimination happening here for who gets a table and who doesn’t. Maybe because we were tourists.

Manuel at El Pescaito made our experience truly unforgettable. Perfect service above and beyond — he even treated us to complimentary shrimp tapas and a drink – he said it’s a Spanish restaurant norm but we can genuinely feel his Granada hospitality. His recommendation for a local dessert was spot on: leche frita (Almost his grandma’s favorite homemade style!) the rice pudding — absolutely delicious – fluffy, French toasty-ish and not too sweet (a top notch compliment for desserts from Asians – Asians would understand lol).

The paella was amazing, and Manuel made everything even better with fun conversation, his bubbly personality, and excellent English. As a Granada native, he also gave us great local tips, including advice on getting to Sierra Nevada.

He was incredibly attentive — even bringing us an extra chair right away when he saw we had multiple coats (newly bought ones too)

Exceptional service, warm hospitality and a true highlight of our visit to Granada. Thank you, Manuel!

Thanks to Ernesto for the service. By the way, his voice sounded a bit hoarse—I hope he’s doing well .

I wanted to say goodbye and let him know that I left a good review, but he was too busy, lol, so I just left. Please tell him thank you for his smile to the Chinese girl who came to dine alone this afternoon.:)

Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone who likes paella. The service wasn’t overly enthusiastic, which was just right for me—especially on a rainy day 🙂

I thought the cuttlefish seafood paella was ok and would recommend it. I also had a non-alcoholic beer and a pink strawberry milkshake-style drink (or cocktail?).I love the color, so 5/5

I’ve been here 2 times, first I had Galician style octopus which has been delicious. Also if you like cinnamon fried milk is very tasty (but I think will be better to share, comes 2 pieces)

Also the tapas that they’re giving you one of a kind. Everything they bring you on table is FRESH.

Second time I had seafood paella, congrats, very good. You can feel the taste of real fresh seafood. Price is higher than other places but it’s absolutely worthy.

But also special thanks to service, all of them are very kind and well informed.

Little note; I suggest to order things one by one because dishes are big enough, that’s why price is also very acceptable. At the end they offer you a liquor/ a kind of ice coffee.

Great seafood restaurant with cozy atmosphere and plenty of seatings. The razor clam, monkfish, and pulpo are all fantastic. You can also get single serving panella instead of the usual two. Waiter Jesus is very accommodating and ensure you are satisfied through the meal.

Fantastic Sea Food Paella and Fried Eggplants. Even if it was full and we didn’t reserve, the waiters were nice and got us a table after waiting a bit. Great service and tasty food. Will return.

Had a great experience dining here! Pablo was hospitable, kind and patient. We ordered the seafood paella and the croquettes – loved them! They let us order an individual serving of the paella as well – which has been a rarity in my experience. The prices were extremely reasonable for the quantity and quality of their food. They also served an appetizer on the house in the beginning and a cream liquor for dessert at the end. Would highly recommend 🙂
