I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I have to rush if I choose to step out from work. I went to the drive thru, but nobody through the intercom so I drove around. I didn’t think anything bad of it, just that maybe it wasn’t working. It happens. So I drove around to the window. I did not catch the woman’s name at the window. She was maybe 5’2 or 3 African American. She told me she was aware that I was out there but they were busy. She went ahead and took my order and was very sweet, gave me exactly what I requested. She convinced me to get an apple pie which made my day. And right before I left, she called me beautiful. For a day that started off eh, she definitely made the wait worth it. Thank you Ms. Lady.

This place is out of 90% of the menu anlmost every time I come here. They are always short handed, so I end up waiting much longer to order and receive my food than normal. The food is usually ok, so that is why I return, but I do have to check my bag before I walk out of the door because I’m missing something about 75% of the time. Good Luck!!

My husband and I got food poisoning from this location. The first time I got food poisoning we didn’t think much of it because I have a pretty weak stomach to everything. A couple months later my husband ate food from here and I have never seen him so sick in my life. I’ve known him for 15 years and not once has he had to vomit and lay in a fetal position for the entire day due too food he ate. This establishment needs to be investigated asap.

Guess I’ll start out with atmosphere. I can’t even leave one star bc it’s so nasty inside. None of the tables are clean at ALL. I fr contemplated working there just to clean the place up it was so bad. Service, is bad too. I’ve been the only customer inside and they would forget about me! “Oh shoot did u get ur order yet?” No I haven’t! And I’d give them the benefit of the doubt thinking oh they’re giving me some fresh chicken and they bring out chicken that taste like it been in old grease. And it won’t even be hot! Taking all that damn time and forget to give me an order? Omg… I crave Popeyes chicken every now and then and it sucks that this place is god awful…

This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had.
I placed and paid for an Instacart order around 12:40 p.m. The app explicitly instructed me to pick up the order through the drive-thru. When I arrived after it showed ready, the employee immediately became aggressive and refused to listen when I calmly tried to show her the pickup instructions.
Instead of doing her job or asking a manager, she shut the window, threatened me, and called the police over a food pickup. Let that sink in.
I then went inside as she demanded and was told to wait for my food. I stood there for about 20 minutes, only for the police to arrive. Even the officer was clearly irritated that they were called for something so minor. I was then told to leave without ever receiving the food I already paid for.
This was not a misunderstanding. This was reckless, hostile, and completely inappropriate behavior for someone working in customer service. Calling the police on a paying customer for following app instructions is unacceptable and dangerous.
This location clearly lacks leadership, training, and accountability. If you order through Instacart, be warned: you may be denied your food, disrespected, and have law enforcement unnecessarily involved.
I will never return, and Popeyes corporate should be deeply embarrassed that this is how customers are treated.

How is it possible any Popeyes you go to, it’s slow. It’s fast food. I understand waiting for food that’s fresh but I also work in the QSR industry and it’s painful how slow they are. Top it off all locations in idling this one make it feel like it’s an inconvenience when I order.

As I’m writing this it’s still been 10 minutes since I ordered and had another persons food handed to me. Guess what they did with it. Re packaged it and gave it to the right person. Can’t do that in the food service. Huge food violation.

Food was okay! Dinning room, restrooms were filthy! Customer service was absolutely terrible! The woman manager with curly hair looked at me probably 10 times and completely ignored me! There was nobody inside the store when we arrived, another patron said that the customer service in this restaurant is horrible!!

The blackened chicken strips are super tasty and full of flavor. Great for carnivore diet. Their spicy chicken strips are always great however it can be greasy. It’s and old building and could use an update. The staff can be hit or miss some are super nice and others look like they hate their job/life. Chickens decent though it’s gotten expensive it was $11 for 5 strips no sides, no drink, just five chicken strips.
