Don’t bother coming here late night/early morning during the week. There’s a younger employee with dark brown hair, thin build, possibly Hispanic who is so dull that it pretty much ruins your whole damn experience. She acts as if the customers are bothering her or something. She has no enthusiasm, no customer service skills, she doesn’t smile. She doesn’t say you’re welcome when I say thank you to her. And it’s not just me that she’s doing this to. I’ve talked to friends and family who say the same damn thing. They all make fun of her! She barely talks into the speaker at the drive-thru, you can hardly hear her; she doesn’t repeat the order back to you; when you get to the window she hands you the bag and shuts the window right away. She doesn’t ask if you need napkins or hot sauce or anything. And she does it with a frown on her face. If I want something I have to honk my horn for her to open the window back up so I can ask for hot sauce packets or something. She never puts napkins in the bags. She just overall sucks. I don’t know what she did to get hired there. Either she’s a good actress and she fooled them in the interview or she’s a family member of the owner or something because if I would have interviewed her there would be no way she’d be working for me. And they must be desperate for employees because everybody there can see how she is, they roll their eyes behind her back — I literally see it when I go there! Yeah, we’re not going to be going there for a while. At least not during the week for late night trips. We’ll just drive up to Foothill next to Lowe’s. Their food is way better there anyway. The food at this one is always lukewarm, it’s not even hot enough to melt the cheese.

I came here to order a bottle water. The staff was too busy and acknowledge my presence. As I stood there and patiently waited… I was told to use the kiosk to order my food. I already looked at the kiosk menu and the bottled water was not an option. I informed the worker and b he ignored me the cashier was too busy doing other things to physically stop to help me. She did give in and eventually came to the counter. She took my one bottle of water order. She had a bad attitude and she was not pleasant. I will not return to this location

I stopped to grab some dinner for my husband and myself. I asked for fresh fries because EVERYTIME I have came they’re cold and soggy. The older lady in the drive thru was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked if she can make sure the fries were fresh. I get my order and the fries were not even hot. I asked her if I can get new fries because they were cold. With a nasty attitude she snatched the bag out of my hand and rolled her eyes again. She said something to the worker and than told me these literally just came up so she don’t know how they ain’t hot. She told me to move forward out of the drive thru to wait for “fresh fries” so she can get an order out for the car behind me. When I got my fries finally. They were hot but not fresh. They just re dropped them. 2 large fries we didn’t eat. We are going to start going to a different location. Because this same lady is always rude but today whe had the worse attitude.

They have Madam Mim working the drive-thru sometimes. Cranky old lady. IYKYK. Everyone else is very nice. Food is what you would expect, not bad though.

Was refused service. Said system resets at 4 and told us to leave. Was told it takes 30 minutes to reboot we were there at 430 and told us ” I don’t know what to tell you”. Obviously someone doesn’t want to do their job.

I order a chili cheese fry with extra cheese and when i open the box i don’t get what i asked for plus little to no chili. They charge you extra for cheese and i don’t get it! The food was also cold! I called they don’t answer! I want to give no stars. I’m furious with this service!

I paid under four dollars for an entire meal. Two seventy nine cent tacos and a dollar three layer nachos, with an added strawberry lemonade (great upsell counter lady, want a job?) that cost a dollar fifty I think. Not so bad when you are on a serious budget like I am. I also like how crispy and light their taco shells are, they taste great! (Also trying to post one last review with 200 characters to see what comes after Novice Reviewer}

I bought food today, Monday night. Did a comparison of Del Taco vs Taco Bell hard tacos and the winner was Del Taco. They were filled in with enough cheese and meat. Taco bells barely had enough of anything. Also their shells look more authentic than taco bells which looked weird yellow. Great tacos Del Taco!!!
