Well worth the drive if you’re not local. Very few Pizza places compare in western NC. You get your money’s worth. My wife’s salad was huge. I really like the thick crust pizza. The dining room is small and parking isn’t great. Neither of these inconveniences deter their popularity. Expect a wait if you’re dining in on weekend nights but the wait is worth it.

My husband and I ordered takeout from here and will definitely will be again. My husband had pizza and bread sticks and I had ham and cheese hoagie plus we had really good cheese cake.
Everything was very freas and very tasty. My husband is picky about his pizza and he really liked it. I love my ham and cheese hoagie. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be going back.

So the owner couldn’t talk to me so I’m giving my rating. The order was placed and the sandwich was picked up. It was ordered NO onions. I trusted that the sandwich was right. Boy was i wrong. It was COVERED with extra onions. So I called back and she looked up my order and it was there fault. She just keep saying bring it back. Get there no refund after saying it will be no cost. Then when ask about the refund they say it had a bite taken out of it. Yeah it did and I’m still tasting the 200 onions you put on it. This place used to be a family fave. You can now keep your expensive trash… the parents of these children were way more better than now. I loved going there to see them and eat. Now im done with them. The last time I ordered they messed up the order. Do better from now a very unsatisfied customer and the chick that wanted to be smart. Thank you for letting me know not to spend my money there again.

This is a taste of home for me. Food is always excellent. Freshly prepared. Good ingredients (I love the sausage they use on the pizza). Staff are friendly. Overall a great dining experience. I did to go this visit, but I’ve eaten in plenty as well.

We tried the pizza, baked spaghetti, steak sub, and garlic cheese bread. The bread was the best out of everything. The sauce they use for the pizza and pasta had no flavor and was darker in color than most sauces.The closest comparison was canned sauce. The steak sub was in a patty form which we had never seen in the many steak subs we have had. Maybe it was mystery meat? The service was excellent and the atmosphere was good.

Decided to eat here due to the many good reviews. Unfortunately for me, I’ve had the opportunity to eat at an Italian restaurant owned and run by a Sicilian immigrant. Giovanni’s could never even come close (even on a bad day for the Sicilian restaurant). Ordered a pineapple+pepperoni pizza, received a pepperoni pizza. Went back to fix it, got a pineapple pizza lol. Picked up the first slice and everything that wasn’t the crust/dough just slid off and back into the box Got some “garlic bread” which looked almost croton size and it came with the sauce that could rival the one at Chuck E Cheese. My boyfriend even regularly eats garbage frozen lasagna and was disappointed by the fresh one from here. Out of the two small pizzas, garlic bread, and lasagna; only one slice of pizza was eaten, about 20% of the small size lasagna was consumed, and I tasted the croton garlic bread. Overall, a laughable experience.
