Great menu and great food. It was a wonderful experience for our family. The portions were big and the food was amazing. I can’t say enough about how good it was. It was authentic Mexican food and we loved it. It was hot the wait was quick and the service was amazing. It is an easy location to get to and the people are friendly the bathrooms are clean and i am definitely going again if you want great food at a good price and alot of food this is the place for that taste of Mexico. Highly recommend. A+

I really like the food, but I have had multiple issues recently including missing items and this time… water soaked salad. There weren’t even many people in line, so I am having a hard time understanding why my salad was swimming. Luckily I ordered extra dressing on the side and could soak up the water with paper towels. That wasn’t what I was hoping to have to do with my quick meal while taking care of m 2 year old and pregnant wife. I’ll be back, because I really like the Cesar salad, but this keeps happening I’ll start going elsewhere.

I love eating at Pollo Tropical and especially at this location. My favorite cook is Alain because he cooks the chicken breasts that I order weekly to perfection. The best team leader is Jessica because she takes the time to take care of her customers by showing empathy and compassion.

Kendry, a team member who works the line is very efficient and takes pride in making sure that each customer’s order is prepared to perfection.

The entire team is wonderful and truly make me feel welcome and part of a family. The “Pollo Tropical” family.

Never a bad meal here. Love that it’s relatively healthy compared to a lot of other fast casual places, not too expensive, decent portions, and the food is consistently good. I love the cilantro garlic sauce too. I could put that stiff on everything!

I come to this location almost daily. My food is always prepared and presented with care and consistency and tastes great!! The store is always clean and makes for a comfortable dining experience. And the staff are absolutely phenomenal!! They are warm, friendly and go out of their way to insure that my food is correct and delicious each and every time. Pollo district management really need to recognize and commend management and staff at this location for their hard work and excellent customer service!! I highly recommend Pollo, in particular this location to friends, family and anyone reading this review.

Absolutely the worst pollo tropical I have ever had in my entire life. I have been many times to other locations and the staff was always friendly and the food pretty good. This specific store is simply bad. The staff specifically made a face when I made my order and ordered to try one of each sauce. How hard can it be to just get one of each sauce? Not only did the staff made a face but she also told me I could get four sauces and then her manager said I could get only three. It’s not written anywhere how many sauces you can get. Why are you skimping on a stupid sauce when I already spent my money? I hope the main brand of the franchise are aware of how they treat people and act fast. Disappointing. I will never come back to this one probably not to any other one either and will recommend everyone I know not to eat here.

Clean location, polite employees & great value for what you pay for! Visited during lunch and loved our food. For fast food we love the chicken. 1/2 chicken with 2 sides is filing. Mango tea was refreshing. Use the app for rewards! I would recommend this spot and suggest you leave a review to help others decide. 🙂
