Reviews
I work in the industry, so you can definitely trust this review
#Authenticitalian cuisine made with real skill. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, and the wine bottles surrounding the room give it the charm of an old Italian wine cellar.
The food was outstanding: the beef carpaccio was excellent, the pappardelle tasted just like home, and the beef tenderloin with Barolo sauce was unforgettable .. I’m still dreaming about it.
(good luck choosing a wine, the menu is amazing)
As Italians living in Amsterdam, we’ll definitely be coming back. As we Italians say This restaurant is truly a “chicca”
A special thank you to Chef Jerry , to Rachele who took care of us at the table, and to all the kind girls who help keep the place pleasant, clean, and welcoming.
A warm greeting from Benedetta and Sonia
Had the Pappardelle al Ragu with white truffle over white wine – was an absolute delight! Overall, a fantastic experience.
Would also love to acknowledge the service team tonight for their stunning service tonight.
For starters, I had the grilled octopus. The creativity of the dish and the execution were outstanding — perfectly tender (not at all chewy) and paired with sauces that truly elevated the experience.
For the main course, I chose the beef tenderloin, followed by a tiramisu for dessert. Both dishes exceeded my expectations, with the tiramisu in particular being a highlight.
Overall, a wonderful dining experience — highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine in Amsterdam
Better to call them for reservation to avoid waiting.
Definitely check it out of you’re not looking for a place with some pasta and romantic vibe.
P.S. The place is a bit tiny and we got a tiny table but luckily the person behind us left and I was able to move back a bit.
If you visit, I can’t recommend enough that you ask for Mariam, you’ll be in the best hands. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.
