I had a wonderful experience at the Newport BWW. My food was great. No problems. The highlight of my visit was the incredible service. My waitress Taylor was very friendly and inviting. She made me feel welcome to BWW. My cup never went empty and she was very engaging while taking pride in her work. Any question or request I had she was there with a smile and answer. It was nice to see that there are some people in the service industry still have a smile while engaging with their customers. I can wait to come back again and have the same experience and hopefully have Taylor as my waitress for my next visit.

We are one of Buffalo Wild Wings Loyal customers, however eating in and picking up the food are two different stories. We always try to eat in, but some nights it’s just easier to pick the food up. 1st time we ordered to go, food was not okay, stale chicken and all. We tried to give it another shot, cold chicken, cold fries … 3rd time tonight HORRRIBLE . Me and my fiance both got chicken and salads . Salads were literally the best part of the meal ( who can go wrong?) but chicken? What you guys are known for? I ordered traditional wings , so stale! Like they were left out for hours , and my fiance ordered boneless , they tasted like they was left out . And the worse part is , we live literally 5 minutes away and our chicken was so cold. Don’t get me wrong , when we eat in , everything is good, we love Buffalo Wild Wings . The service, atmosphere, everything is perfect. . But placing a to go order is crazy. We expect our food to be good like we were to be eating in.

Our chicken wings were overcooked and to crispy, the meat was dried out. I told our server only when we were paying our bill. The table behind us complained about their wings also. I’ve eaten here before and my wings were perfect….but today not so much.

A friend of mine, along with a bunch of her friends, have been going to Buffalo Wild Wings in Newport almost every week for quite a while. Yesterday, they saw a sign with an offer to receive a free $10 gift card if you purchased $50 worth of gift cards. When they told them they wanted to take advantage of the deal, they were told the promotion ended on December 31. There was nothing on the sign saying the offer was only valid until 1/31; in fact, the sign actually said, “Valid for 2026”. Yes, there was a small sign on the table about the offer, but they really didn’t see it, and the sign they did see was on a huge sandwich board. The manager became argumentative, whining that she would lose $10 if she honored the offer. So guess what? She’s lost their business entirely…over ten bucks. They won’t being going back, and since Newport is chock full of restaurants, it’ll be easy to find somewhere else to have their weekly get together. For the life of me, I just can’t understand the mentality of some businesses. Sucking up ten bucks in order to keep a group of loyal customers seems like a no-brainer.

I work in a restaurant and would never normally complain but this was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Server was attentive at first but after the food came out she couldn’t care less about anything. My husband’s wings and son’s wings came out so hard as rocks they were inedible. The manager said it was because they were double fried but we are regulars at another bdubs and know what they taste like … It took 15mins for someone to come back and check with us. Let the server know, took manager 10 mins to come out. They promptly replaced the wings and they were better. Then asked for boxes and a cookie with ice cream to go. She cashed us out and we waited half an hour for a cookie and ice cream to go. Dropped it off, no bag for any of boxes. No sorry about the service or the wait from anyone. Paid $100 and tipped 20% to sit there and barely eat for 2 hours.

Nick at Buffalo Wild Wings is a friggin SUPERSTAR SERVER!!! Never had to ask for a refill, and he was on top of every aspect of our family’s meal! Very kind, and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, even though the surroundings made me nervous at first. He really is great at what he does! Thanks Nick! Appetizer was on point, as well as the entrees. Very satisfied with our experience. Will return!!!

Wow, first of all I’ve been working in restaurants for 10+ years and this one needs help severely. Last night I decided to order bdubs because my husband and I love it and I hadn’t been in forever. Never been to this location. I ordered take out so I could get something for my husband to take to work for lunch and it was awful. Honestly, awful. I waited in the takeout lobby with my infant for 15 minutes before anyone greeted me or asked if I’d been helped (first red flag). I was the only one standing there. I honestly couldn’t believe how many employees just carried on conversations, laughed behind the counter, talked on the phone, stood around and did absolutely nothing while I was standing there waiting to be helped. Finally I asked about my order and although it was pick up time it wasn’t ready. Waited 20 more minutes and at this point there were 5-6 more customers also waiting on orders. I was pretty aggravated, to the point I was ready to leave. Then I had the thought well at least if I’m waiting this long then the food will be hot and fresh. WRONG! I drive the 6 minute drive home and get the cheese curds out and they are COLD. I just figured since those are deep fried and take the shortest amount of cooking time that they got done first and thus waited on the wings hence getting cold. I forgave that though and then opened the wings. They were COLD. Not to mention they poured sauce directly into the wing box and didn’t toss them like usual and just put them in the box. It was disgusting. There was a soup of sauce in all the boxes and it was evening coming through the cardboard and seeping on the table. Yuck. The wings were inedible. I couldn’t believe it. Overdone, no veggies, swimming in sauce, gross. As for the fries it was the same song and dance, yup you guessed it, cold and inedible. I am appalled at how poorly this business is conducted and I am seeking action by management to be reimbursed and hopefully resolve this matter. What a waste of time, effort, and $30. Do better.

Have to say I’m very disappointed. While I’ve had very nice experiences in the past, I went in yesterday 9/05/25 at noon with my family and the wings were atrocious. I got the 20 boneless mild buffalo, and they were cooked hard as a rock. More breading than usual and less meat ( as if they’re using much lesser quality chicken meat). Tasted like they were maybe old and had been reheated in the fryer. I didn’t complain to my waitress because I figured why? When they’d just bring me more crappy quality food again. Not to mention, they did a remodel of dining room last month, so you can also bet , the prices have been jacked up as well. 24 dollars for 20 wings? What a joke. NEVER EATING AT THIS HOLE IN THE WALL AGAIN. I’ll gladly spend my money at Buffalo Wings and Rings. The waitress was however very attentive to bringing refills on drinks.

I placed a pickup order for nachos at 9:30 PM and didn’t end up leaving until 10:10 PM — nearly an hour later for just nachos. My order was messed up twice: the first time, they added toppings I specifically requested to be left off, and when they remade it, they forgot key ingredients that the nachos are supposed to come with.
While I was waiting, another customer even mentioned she had been standing there for 10–15 minutes without anyone asking if she needed help, until she finally had to approach a server herself.
Overall, the service felt unorganized and inattentive. I understand mistakes happen, but this experience was really disappointing — especially for a simple pickup order.

We were sat at a table that still had sauce stuck to it and handed menus and then sat for 10 minutes and was never approached by a server whole 3 servers kept walking past our table and another stood talking to the bartender. We were totally ignored. As we were exiting I said something to the hostess that sat us and she asked “where were you sat?” At that point we just left. Very poor customer service at this location and I don’t see returning there any time soon.
