If I could give this place no stars I would. I usually don’t do this but I had to. The customer service was great! But the food not so much. Decided to try this place for the first time and I’m currently experiencing food poisoning. I ordered quite a lot of food and even went back to grab chitlins. It might have been cross contamination or something, but I won’t be back! Especially for the price of the food I expected better.

They’re known for their great food, great customer service, and a warm and friendly atmosphere. The southern selection of food(s) are hot and favorable with generous portions and a large selection of meats, vegetable and desserts. The staff is warm, friendly, professional and greets everyone with a smile and friendly hello. Their prices are more than reasonable, and after 20 years, this is still my favorite “go-to” place in Fayetteville. Needless to say, I’m a “Regular”

But I was in the Fayetteville area making a House call to one of my Clients.
The food was really good and the service. I love there Dressing, Yams, Greens and Chitterlings.
My hubby didn’t really care for the Baked beans and Potato salad.

From the time we entered the restaurant, we were greeted and made to feel welcome. Our food was delicious! We even got to see the owner, Mr. Anthony. He greeted us warmly and talked to us! It really made our day! We love This Is It’! We strongly recommend it to all our friends and family who visit the ATL, and to our church family! I just moved here from California and heard about this place before I got here. Boy, I’m so happy that I didn’t listen to the negative reviews!! Everything on my plate was absolutely delicious! When I ordered the chitterling dinner the first time it was about 8:30pm I immediately got a call saying they were out! They worked with me and allowed me to come get the meal the next day! I’m thoroughly impressed with the food and the customer service I will absolutely be back with the whole family!!

In all your locations. Your employees talk too much over the food while preparing meals! This is not acceptable! We all know when you’re talking saliva is being released from mouth! My wife and I had not visited This Is It since we moved further away. Wanting good food and vegetables we decided on This Is It. The staff were friendly, but the food was served in plastic to-go containers. We each got one meat, two vegetables, and drink. I also got a banana pudding. Sticker shock when I was told $68+. We could have eaten at a 4-star restaurant for that price, with real plates and table service. The food was only mediocre. We’re greatly disappointed or had too high of expectations. We’re sorry this is not on our list to visit again.

Omgggg food is HORRIBLE. The wings seems to be heated from the day before and sauce was added. They are so salty. The collards have big stems more stems than greens , cabbage not season and lord this sweet potato souffle has enough cinnamon for 20 pies. Never will I ever order from this place again . AWFUL
