Went to Longhorn Steakhouse for the first time at dinner time. Not much of a wait on a Thursday at 6:30 PM. The flavors of the steaks were spot on. I ordered a medium rare but got a rare bone in Ribeye and my wife ordered a medium rare prime rib and her streak was a little over cooked so they can do a better job in watching how done their meats are. The steaks were really large that surprised us but had a little more fat than expected but still nice wood fired taste. Here are the pictures talker you can see for yourselves.

Our first visit to LongHorn and it didn’t disappoint. We placed a to-go order and it was ready on time, and the staff were very friendly. Everything arrived hot.
We both had the Renegade Sirloin cooked medium rare—it was cooked perfectly. While it could have been a bit more tender, overall it good. The caesar salad was fine, served with fresh grated Parmesan. The mashed potatoes were very good and the portion size was just what I expected. The loaded baked potato was excellent, topped with butter, cheese, bacon bits, green onions, and sour cream. The warm fresh wheat bread with butter was also really good.
Overall, we would definitely return. The meal was delicious and very reasonably priced.

We visited Jan 3rd for the Supper Rush. This place was hopping, but that didn’t stop everyone there from making this the most amazing restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. Our waiter was Kevin S. I believe we couldn’t have went wrong with anyone working that night because you could hear how customer driven the entire wait staff was. And the young lady Mattie was busting her rear end cleaning an clearing tables to get people seated as fast as she could. The kitchen crew rocked our steaks and that Mac n cheese y’all was amazing too!!!!! I had a wonderful experience and hope to go again soon. I enjoyed the whole experience and it was clean, fast, friendly . I would highly recommend and I hope the mgmt team reads this and rewards the entire crew, and keeps them happy because they all were working hard and best customer driven folks I’ve seen in a while! To the crew if you read this. Thank you. Thank you for all that you do, you all especially our young waiter, you all did a great job. I’m so thankful for you all.

Food was good for most part, wing appetizer was a little under cooked but we worked it out. Our medium rare steaks were cooked right, and service from Kenedy was fantastic! Will definitely come back here soon… thx!

I ordered a Togo from longhorn located in the crossings on 6/11. I from time to time have issues with steak being overcooked but I can look past that and it’s never enough to complain. Today I got kids sirloins for the little ones and my favorite, spinach dip for myself. The food I received tonight was absolutely deplorable. My baked potato resembled a misconfigured turd and the bread was so hard if you were to toss it out you’d catch a misdemeanor. I am disappointed in the sheer lack of courtesy it took to wrap up that potato and sell it to me. I would have politely told the kitchen this food can’t go out like this please have it remade for them to quality standards. I’d love the chance to have them redeem themselves as I know every place has an off day but this was not from a lack of staff or high volume this was just an utter disregard for the customer and of the food you expect them to eat. I know for a fact, nobody would look at this potato and find it any bit appetizing.

First time at the Spring Hill location. It was one of the only restaurants open during all the ice storm aftermath. I really appreciate employees showing up so that we could get out of the house and enjoy a good meal together as a family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️.

Got seated at 4:35.After placing order waited 40 minutes before appetizers came.Waited another 15 minutes for 2 of the 4 salads to show up.Still waiting on food after being there for over an hour.Finally some girl comes over and said she was the manager and said our order got lost.She would take our order and give us a discount or she wouldn’t charge us for drinks and appetizers.My question to her was if order is lost how did we get 2 salads and 15 minutes later get the other 2 and they were wrong.She was hateful with us so we told her best thing to do is for us to leave. She made no apology at all.

This is the 3rd time eating here.
Every time has been phenomenal.
Greeted immediately, sat at a nice booth surrounded by awesome Western decor, and we had a WOW factor all 3 occasions.
Stuffed mushrooms, ribeye cooked perfect medium rare, baked potato, Brussel sprouts, salad, fresh hot bread, and lava cake for dessert.

I ordered a filet mignon, medium, and when I ate it, it was very tough and the asparagus was almost raw. I asked for lemon with my sweet tea and did not get the lemon until I was halfway finished with my meal. Others I was with ordered the chicken Parmesan and they said it was very good.
