Customer service was poor, I was rushed when ordering. The girl at the window didn’t say a word when spoken to. Got home, burger had no lettuce and bun was hard. The only bright side was that the fries were fresh!

There were a few disappointing aspects of my experience at this restaurant:
Food Quality: The food was very poor, especially given the high prices. The chicken, in particular, was tough and hard to eat. It’s hard to justify the cost when the quality is so low.
Customer Service: The staff was not welcoming and appeared to be inconvenienced by our presence. A friendly attitude would go a long way in enhancing the dining experience.
Hygiene: I noticed some staff members handling food without wearing gloves, which raises concerns about hygiene. Additionally, some had very long hair that was not properly tied back. Basic food safety practices, like wearing gloves and securing hair, should be strictly followed in any restaurant.
Professionalism: While I understand that many of the staff are young, proper training is essential. Making fun of customers is unacceptable and leaves a very poor impression. Not every place can have the level of professionalism of other well-known chains, but a little effort would make a big difference.

Around 8pm tonight we brought in a ball team, the staff got everyone served effortlessly. In our hometown we would still be waiting!

I got off from work hungry. Went to this Wendy’s when 6 months ago it was great. I took this receipt and proof of what I received. After trying to call several times rhat night and through the week. I decided to just go up there. Manager Shawn stated it didn’t happen in the same day so he could not replace sandwich. Then he had the nerve to ask when did it happen. I stated after 10 at night and he said yes and some workers that there is a problem at night. I thought making the customer happy and satisfied and doing the right thing. The people behind me with 6 people left because they stated what kind of customer service is that. Tell where this look close to what I ordered. Mad no justice and I will not be back.

The food typically fine/okay, the service leaves a lot to be desired. There’s always some issue with orders (order mix up, items missing, extended waits) seemingly brought on by carelessness and lack of enthusiasm of staff.

I believe it is impossible for this location to assemble an order correctly! We have given them a couple of trys. The service is horrible as well. They act like they are doing you a favor. The drive thru is one of the slowest I’ve encountered at ANY restaurant. My last visit before this, I was in line for nearly 30 minutes. I will not return to this location. I will drive the extra miles to the next closest.

I’m not sure if the people they are hiring can read! It’s always an issue with my order and it’s sad! No one answers the phone, and when I have to drive all the way back they look at you like you make your own food and made it wrong! Location should be shut down or hire workers that can pass basic reading comprehension skills! I shouldn’t have to go back to the restaurant due to Wendy’s staff not being able to read orders! Gas is not free and neither is the food!

Check your receipt if they choose to give you one. You’ll sit here at a minimum of 15 minutes waiting for your food. The food was cold and old. Found out we were overcharged when they tried to say we didn’t pay. Got the $10 back.
On a positive note, the drink machine is working again, and the bbq sauce was good..

The people working behind the counter where totally unsat. Only 1 employee was wearing gloves while handling food. The civilian work attire worn by many employees was not up to standards. Needs alot of work behind the counter. Food was o.k.

This location is getting better, I guess. I had a great experience this evening with the cashier/order taker. She was polite and the young man at the first window was also pleasant.
Just a little slow on greeting the cars when they get to the speaker.
