It’s been a long time since I got fast food so I’m not sure if this is the new norm, but I just got eight of the smallest worst flimsy chicken tenders the size of two fingers and a fry for $30!!! And they forgot dipping sauce and napkins we asked for. The value to quality ratio is comical. It’s double the price of the nicer sit down restaurants in the area like little Joe’s or Grand Blanc Bar & Tap

The store is not clean. The racks where food is placed are visibly dirty. The registers have a layer of dust on them. Nobody ever came out to check tables or floor for dirt or people’s crumbs from eating.
Workers go from handling receipts and taking food out, touching doors, etc, then serve food. I only saw one worker put on gloves when handling some chicken. The floor mats at the entry and counter are covered with debris.

If I could give it no stars I would.
Placed an online order, went through the drive thru, they told me to park because it wasnt ready. We waited over 20 minutes until I went in to pick it up. When I walked in, they already knew it was me to pick up my order and they were rude about it. IT STILL WAS NOT READY. I’m waiting and the guy next to me said he had been waiting for almost 2 hours for his. I finally got my food with a side of sass, and got home to find the order was wrong. Sandwich was supposed to be plain, missing sides, and a different drink than I ordered. Will not come to this location again.

Edit: The food was cold, rubbery, and went to the trash. I would like my $40 back.

This chain has gone downhill. I did an online order and received an email to track my order. It stated it was ready for pick up. When I got there, it was not ready and I waited another 45 mins before it was ready. The guy in the back kept complaining that online orders were killing them and he was shutting down drive thru and online ordering. I get it was busy but that seems to me like a good problem to have.

When I ordered they were out of Mac&Cheese like really never have I ever heard or experienced this just horrible. One of the main side items being out just ridiculous and outrageous LOL Did not get any napkins with my order thru the drive thru. Some worker’s don’t seem like they are very happy with their job. Don’t seem like they enjoy and or like their job and you can tell on how their actions and how they represent themselves and their atmosphere they make and facials and how they make you feel. Disappointing honestly if I’m spending my money at this business and my money is what pays them and or gives them their paychecks I at least expect respect and manners and get better service and experience while I’m here.

Went in for lunch with my wife and daughters and had such a great experience. Travis is the store manager and he was super nice and made sure every part of our experience was perfect. Gave my daughters stickers and they were super excited. Would recommend for sit in lunch.

I’ll give them a zero if I could. I bought a big meal paid for extra sides and did not get them. I called and let them know and they said it’ll be available. I told him my son would be picking that up now. My son has been waiting for about 15 minutes. They were super confused when he got there. I just called and told them my son has been out there for about 10 to 15 minutes and the guy just said we’re busy. It’s gonna be a while and hung up on me. I will not be returning. Very sad

The amount of health code violations I saw was sickening. Wiping nose with gloves then continuing to make peoples food with the same gloves on. Older yt gentleman working at 120pm on Friday December 19th. And then the other guy touching his headset with gloves on and continuing to make food with them. Looked like a manager too. What an absolute shame. Do better grand blanc.

Menu is misleading. Several items ordered were horrible. Workers screaming and fighting. We stopped going to KFC years ago because the workers act inconvenienced by our presence. Tried again because the kids got free kids meals from school for their grades. Nothing had changed and we won’t be back .
