I waited 30 minutes in line just to get to the second window and be asked what my order was because they gave my order to someone else. Then manager gives me attitude asking for receipt. Didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I then get my food that and it was not how I ordered it and everything was cold. Drinks looked liked they were filled with water half way. Overall just disappointed with my order. (Didn’t get a chance to take picture of drinks. Before throwing away)

Although there’s mixed reviews on this McDonald’s, I’d like to say my visit was really nice! Since it was grand opening week there was all of the little mascots, and I was so happy to see Grimace, the Hamburglar, and Birdie. All of the characters were so friendly and interactive with all the customers. Secondly, the service from the staff themselves was great. They explained the little raffle offered to us, and our food was brought out in a really timely manner! I loved my quarter pounder, the fries were fresh, and the new snack wrap was really
yummy. I ordered some ice cream after, and it was the bomb as usual. I just loved the friendliness and also how clean it was! This McDonald’s is honestly my new favorite just because of the design and new seating options. Also, the bathrooms are VERY nice. Overall, super fun! Come and support it during the opening!

This McDonald’s was really nice and clean!! They have like 4 different ordering kiosks so you don’t have to wait. The food came out really fast and hot. All of our orders were right. The man that brought our food was super nice and professional offering us sauces and ketchup. I would definitely go back to this location.

This location should seriously consider closing. Despite being newly opened, the food quality is shockingly poor. The fries were cold and clearly not fresh. The nuggets tasted old and reheated – definitely not up to McDonald’s standards. It’s unacceptable that a new store is already serving food like this.

The order was also missing a homestyle hamburguer. So the next day i call the number on the receive if was the owner she was talking to me
Super rude and a arrogant voice tone . She ask me if i have the food few times and i said yes and she tell me to take back to the restaurant so they can make it again. So i take the food back and said i dont want any food you can donate my order to someone else. She make me feel like if i was liar and asking for food that i did not order. So i go back and show the receive and said donate the food. Not planning to return to any mcdonalds is the same service because they are the same owner.

Place an using the app. When I arrived at the restaurant. All curbside spots were busy. The young man running the orders Was walking around with an order not knowing what car it belonged to. After waiting 10 minutes for a spot to open, I parked in the drive thru spot. The young man approached my car and asked what my order was. He came back 5 minutes later with half the order and asked me to show him proof of my order. (all this even after I had checked in using the app) he went back in 2 more times to complete my order. Then told me that it was all my fault cuz i parked in the drive thru spot, but when I got there that was the only spot open, and when I pointed out that the drive thru cars were being sent to the curbside spots he just said well yeah, next time don’t park here… I took my order (after 35 minutes waiting)and yup, the order was WRONG!!! I’m highly allergic to mustard and they put mustard in the burger. Horrible service!!!!Witsh I could give a negative star rating!!!!

Even when it’s empty there is a very high chance they’ll mess up your order. It was an online order too, so they didn’t mishear at the speaker. Gave my the wrong type of burger and forgot an entire 10 piece order besides the drink. Horrible service all around, as that was after waiting 15 minutes for 3 meals.

Every single time I come here I have a bad experience. I was happy the location was new and close to my house but unfortunately each time something happens. Missing food, messed up orders and the worst experience that I just had was waiting TWO HOURS for my pick up order that they couldn’t find and then they kept asking to see a receipt which we were showing and still acting clueless as if we didn’t pay or it didn’t exist. On top of that I went to dine in for the first time and no one spoke English to take my order and they stare at you as if you’re the problem.

This is by far the WORST McDonald’s that has EVER been in Brownsville. None of the employees speak english, so I repeat everything in Spanish and they have yet to get my order right at least once. It’s very obvious NONE of these young employees want the be there and they project it on the customers. The overnight staff will never say a word to you. Just take your card and shut the window on you and repeat the same process when the food is ready. The food is never remotely close to what I order. Very understandable if this were to happen once, since it’s the newest establishment, but this is the same conflict and same story every visit. Extremely disappointing for this poor establishment
