If you’re at the Santa Maria Mall, you have to stop by Wetzel’s Pretzels! The pretzels are always warm, soft, and buttery, and you can literally smell them from across the mall . I love how they make them fresh and serve them hot — perfect for a quick snack or treat while shopping.
My favorites are the original salted pretzel, pretzel bites, and their lemonade — so refreshing! The staff is friendly and the service is fast, even when it’s busy.

I have met with the owner and he is an amazing guy. The employees are usually very friendly. The vibe of this specific location is very lively and nice. Well done Wetzel’s Pretzels!

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Wetzel’s Pretzels due to an employee named Linda. While waiting in line, I clearly overheard her use the N-word slur in conversation. This language is completely unacceptable in any setting, especially in a customer-facing environment.
I did not feel comfortable ordering after hearing this and left immediately. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses employee conduct, because this kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the company.

I usually do not leave reviews, but I just had to write about my experience at this location. I have never had better customer service than what I received here. The food was amazing, the employees were amazing, and even with the long line, they had fast service. I had many questions since it was one my first time ordering here. These two lovely ladies, Maritza and Henna, helped me out and answers all my questions with patience. I think what really stood out was that they treated all the customers equally and had positive attitudes. I will definitely bring going back!
