It’s Starbucks! 2 medium hot drinks and nut bread. Plus Tip for Counter Service. 21.00. Music is too Loud! First time in over 15 years. I was desperate for some place to sit and conduct some quick business. It was convenient.

Middle of the road…..what you expect!
Location: This location is slightly hidden off I80. Being on the west side it is pretty hidden compared to the otherwise which has an IKEA and lots of businesses. The area can be kind of sketchy so be aware.
Vibe: Location has a drive through so I didn’t really check the inside but there wasn’t any issues but the drive thru was kind of hidden. Could use clearer markings.
Service: Staff order was quick and they sounded friendly. Only issue I had was that there was a long wait when we got to the window. Normally they will take payment, so this through me off a bit. We waited just before the drinks arrived which is different than what I would expect.
Drinks: Consistent service as always and a nice little message on the cup!
If you are looking for Starbucks this place meets the standard!

Order was read back to us correctly on the screen, but when we received our drinks, they were completely opposite of what we ordered. The employee was also rude and handed us the drinks without any greeting or acknowledgment. Because of the mistake, we had to go to another Starbucks location to get the drinks we originally ordered. Very disappointing experience.

Rich. Smooth. Perfectly balanced. Not too sweet, not too bitter — just pure chocolatey goodness with that signature Starbucks finish. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out.

As someone who goes to Starbucks almost every day, I really hope they take a look at how tipping is handled. I can’t afford to tip every time — buying coffee daily is already a stretch, and tipping would triple what I’m spending just for a small treat. It’s uncomfortable when the screen gets tilted toward me and the barista stares, waiting to see what I press. That kind of pressure makes me not even want to come back sometimes. On top of that, they got my order wrong today — and honestly, there are days when the coffee just tastes like milk. As a regular customer, it’s frustrating to pay so much for something that’s not made right or doesn’t taste the way it should. I really hope they start focusing more on the experience and quality.
