This is my first time visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings in Bloomington. It’s quite a large restaurant and there’s plenty of seating! It wasn’t too busy at the time I was there which was right around 7:30 p.m. Our waitress was really friendly and attentive and gave us the time that we needed to look over the menu. They just happened to be having a special for all you can eat boneless wings and fries. For your first initial meal, you get 10 wings of your choice and some fries. When she comes back to the table the second time, you can put an order in for more wings, and fries are optional. That’s a pretty good deal.
The bar area in this restaurant is actually quite big, definitely bigger than the one in East peoria. Love how they cook the chicken fresh to order so it’s always hot and delicious! Thanks for dinner, and we’ll visit again soon!

I’m normally a big fan of buffalo wild wing, but felt extremely disappointed with this branch.

First we were led to sit on the undesirable seat. When we asked to change, the server said “no, you can’t”

Secondly, we asked for 30 pieces of chicken wings with 6 different sauces which we normally order from other branches in Chicago or Michigan, the server said “no, you can only get 5 sauces”. So, we ordered 5 sauces.

Third, it took us 50 minutes to be served with our order. The other table who came after us already had their food like 15 minutes before us. And we got only 22 pieces of wings with only 4 different sauces. Everything was all wrong and messed up. The celeries were so old and ugly.

When we started to raise the issue up, then the server stood up there and counted our wings like she didn’t believe us. After she found out the mistake, we waited another 10 minutes to get another pieces filled.

We didn’t enjoy our food at all. Quite angry to be treated that way. And we will definitely not going back to this branch!!

At the end, the server who were so cold and unfriendly came and gave us small discount because the delay of food being served. We just didn’t feel anything. We came here to eat because we wanted to have good food and good services, not being treated unfairly with some tiny discount from anyone!

I’m not one for snarky reviews, but I’m continually baffled at the poor quality of take-out food from BWW. It has been several weeks since our order (12/20/23) but the celery someone thought was worthy of bagging up was *literally* rotten, you can see that it’s mushy in the photos. And the ends that weren’t mushy are clearly so dried out. I don’t know if they only have time to prep celery and carrots on a biweekly basis or what(?!) but it’s truly next level. And it’s not a situation where they can say “whoops our fridge got a little too cold that day and they froze” – it was clearly super old and rotting. If you run out of edible veggies, maybe just remove the order option from the website instead of sending *actual compost*.

If we’re talking purely the quality of their wings, they are unmatched. Sadly their prices are also unmatched and not in the good way. Far too expensive for what they offer. Atmosphere is not great either. The TVs are sometimes too loud even when no one is watching or cares about what’s on them. Any noise like screaming kids or loud TVs seems to get amplified by the space. Service is ok.

Took over an hour for our order consisting of 3 side dishes… We literally waited beyond what is considered acceptable and had no choice but to wait. We got zero explanation for the wait what so ever. With our server dodging us the entirety of it. Taking it to the extreme of walking around the entire dining area just to avoid us. You would think that we would’ve gotten a discount or some actually form of apology for the extremely poor service, but not here.

We went Sunday at 7:00 and there weren’t hardly any people there plenty of tables open. They told us it would be a 45 minute wait on a Sunday evening. That used to be the best time to go because of all the football games but apparently people aren’t going there anymore and nobody wants to work. They probably ought to shut the Bloomington location down.

Ordered on the app 15 minutes before went to restaurant. Waited 5 minutes before greeted in store, and food was not done. Girl around food without hair up above collar, just loose. Really gross to see. Will not be ordering here again

An employees parents brought a dog into the restaurant. At a minimum 8 employees handled the dog. Holding it, petting it, carting it around the restaurant. While serving food. Not a single one left the serving floor to was their hands. Not to mention two mangers handled and seemed to encourage the behavior. This is unsanitary and a dangerous way to run a food service business. Won’t return.

Had to argue with the cashier that I had ordered a drink online and show her the email receipt with the drink listed on it. Order was also not checked and sauces did not match the receipt on the bag.

Took my family on a Thursday evening, about 445pm. The waitress did not have much knowledge. I asked about the trivia and she didn’t know what I was talking about so she had to go to her manager. She returned and said it was only Wednesday nights…an hour later trivia is on the tv in front of me for everyone to play on the BWW app. I pointed it out to the waitress who immediately threw her manager under the bus.

The bathroom was filthy, I’ve included a photo of the urinal that I used. The photo doesn’t include the trash on the floor, the uncleaned sinks, or the over flowing trash cans.

Finally, the food! Food was delicious. Again, the waitress didn’t know what was what. I ordered 15 wings with 3 different sauces to try and they all came out on the same platter (literally a metal baking sheet – BWW saving money on those paper boats/baskets). The 3 flavors were touching each other, possibly tainting the taste, and unlabeled! That’s right! I ordered the BLAZIN CAROLINA REAPER, Jammin Jalepeno, and Medium – so I had wings all over the flavor and heat spectrums… WHY WOULDN’T YOU LABEL THEM!?

Bill was $120 (we had a couple of cocktails), left a 15% tip even though I was not happy with my experience…family of four fed for $138. I think I’ll reserve my next visit to a different location, and definitely only for special occasions.
