Got the bigger plate, plenty big enuf for 2 people. Wanted the double protein plate. But had trouble getting the young lady to understand I don’t like white rice that it comes with. She said b4 she started I could split the side to fried rice and chow mein, not white rice. But made it with white rice. Apparently the side of white rice and broccoli splits the side that comes with the plate. So w didn’t get broccoli. The higher protein comes from 2 teriyaki chicken.The bigger plate has the 3 entrees & for the 3rd we got mushroom chicken. Oh so good. I would definitely recommend here.

Literally ordered my food an hour prior to pick up and it still wasn’t made correctly and was cold. There was 2 ladies if we want to call them that yelling at my husband because they didn’t want to replace the cold food. Then I called to complain about not only the pick up time issues, improperly made food and the 2 ladies yelling at my husband. Spoke to Oscar and he literally told me that there was nobody yelling at my husband. I told him my husband was still there ask him. My husband will point them out. As he asked my husband told him exactly what I heard on the phone and showed him who they were. I then asked that all my food be remade correctly and for a district managers phone number. Oscar said that if I call the district manager then he will not replace my food and I will no longer be able to order there. So I said that’s fine but when I spend 300 a month going there and sending business their way this is not ok. Replace the food and I will get your district managers information to file a complaint. This is now the 4th time this has happened. I will no longer be a customer of theirs again.

DO NOT GO HERE…. I came here at about 5 pm and it was really busy. I’m assuming that they were rushing their food and that it wasn’t cooked at the correct temperature. I ended up getting food poisoning here and I know it was from here because I haven’t had anything else in my stomach since 10 am this morning and felt just fine until I came here to eat and 25 minutes after, my abdominal area was feeling like I was being stabbed and then I kept throwing up nonstop and had to go to urgent care because of the pain. Never will go here again, I’m really mad because of me having to deal with this and going to urgent care!

They messed up my order. I ordered a bowl with orange chicken and fried rice instead I got a whole bowl of fried rice. I didn’t check until I got back to work since I’m on a time limit for lunch.

Always good food and the customer service here was good. I need a restroom stat! And I was able to go to the restroom and no questions asked. When I went in there was maybe one person ordering and no long lines with a couple of people in the dining area. Staff were washing /wiping down tables and the place looked very clean and well managed.

Really disappointed customer service not good, customer came in stating no meat in his container, they gave him extra meat in a small container called it good..smh..I get home with my order and of course paid extra for the walnut shrimp, 2 walnuts no flavor maybe 5 damn shrimp. Fried rice was not completely cooked..pieces of carrots and peas hard..got more rice than anything..10 bucks for a bowl..ya noooooo..food quality and quantity terrible. I dont appreciate getting gipped on the food im paying for. Either I’m done with panda or find another store. This one sucks!!!!

Emma gives the absolute smallest portions I’ve ever seen out of all the locations I’ve been to. Is her title Portion Police?!?! When asked about the tiny portion she wants to charge you extra to make it look like other locations. Rice is soooo cheap, why, just why is she like this????

Cashier girl hooked me up with fresh orange chicken when I asked, goated. Fake eyebrow girl that took my order refused giving me fresh orange chicken. 10/10 terrible customer service arguing with me about getting fresh chicken. Your job isn’t that deep, chill out and put the chicken in the box.
