Went in for a late night snack and decided to try their hot mess limited time munchy meal. Absolutely outstanding burger made with love. Whoever made that burger really loves their job. I indeed made a hot mess with that burger. The tacos were the usual cheap and delicious tacos you know and love, the ones you regret eating 10 minutes later, in all the best ways. The fries were fresh and even the water had a little extra goodness in the cup, maybe it was just the hot mess talking.
On a side note, the real reason I went was to get the antenna ball, when I asked the attendant if I could buy additional, she stated not until the promotion was over. Disappointingly, I understood. Come to find out as I’m driving home, she put an extra one in there out of the kindness of her heart. That’s a real one if I’ve ever known it. I wish that drive through girl nothing but blessings and good fortune for the rest of her life.
If you are in the area and need a pick me up, or just a place to call home for a few minutes, I highly recommend this establishment.
Jack in the Box, you are back and better than ever!
The same thing happened to the Uber driver directly in front of me, which shows this was not an isolated mistake. On top of that, staff claimed they were “out of tacos” and therefore could not remake the order, which is simply not accurate and feels dishonest.
Drivers are sent to this location, forced to wait nearly an hour, and then turned away with excuses. I was not compensated for my time, and the customer was understandably upset. This wastes drivers’ time and reflects very poorly on this restaurant.
I don’t stand for this kind of behavior. Jack in the Box, please do better. If this location cannot fulfill delivery orders honestly, they should not accept them. Management needs to address this immediately.
We waited at the speaker for 15 minutes. Yep, you read that right. 15 minutes. At least. No one popped on to take our order, no one said, “we will be with you in a moment”.
There were 3 cars behind us and I was hoping they weren’t thinking we were just being complicated.
It was a fun date night so me and my guy ended up having a dance party, discussed music and just chilled. It became a game to see how long we would sit there- like playing chicken.
We decided to pull up to the window to try and place the order there. Only one woman was working and she was dealing with a line of customers who looked like they were waiting at the DMV, the post office after a holiday, or the tax office. Clearly no one happy.
No one was at the window when we pulled up and it’s safe to say the drive thru was abandoned.
The 3 cars behind us ended up backing out and leaving. We said, “hellooo??” into the speaker a few times- to no avail.
We ended up driving over to the San Pedro Jack in the Box- because we NEEDED some of those tacos. The treatment and kindness at a drive thru where we could place an order was great. We spent less time driving to a new location and getting our food than we had waiting at the speaker to place an order. That’s not an exaggeration.
(This was Friday 2/20/26 around 6:30-7pm.
