I usually love Zaxbys, have never had a problem there and has been a staple in the town for years. This is also the first time I’ve had a manager tell someone they can’t read. She did not give her name, identified herself as the manager, and then pulled out a tone like she was talking to a 2 year old. I’m well aware of the penny shortage but this manager acted like they were the only store being affected and then said “we have signs everywhere if you can read” ma’am I’ve read your signs and have never had an issue with a store (including other Zaxbys restaurants) receiving exact cents before. I’ve never made a Karen post like this before either but I’ve also never had a manager act passive aggressive to a customer ordering food and I worked in food service for over 8 years. Zaxbys should be ashamed of the service experience provided by the store.

Friendly and quick service. Great food. I ordered the four finger plate with slaw. My friend ordered the loaded chicken fries and they looked delicious. I will be trying that on my next visit! Wonderful place to share a meal and good conversation.

Ordered the Chicken Fingers Dinner for three people. We all had a different reaction to the food! My son in law thought it was great while my daughter didn’t quite agree! I thought it was just okay! The drive through was convenient and quick to get our food. That was nice because we had a baby in the car!

such nice people. always get greeted right away when I go in, food is always hot and fresh. Clean dinning room, clean restrooms. LOVE THIS ZAXBYS, I have been to some others around and would rather come to this on for sure!!!!!! Keep it up.

if there is one zaxbys i can tell you not to eat at it’s this place. they can’t even count the number of chicken strips to put in a box. paid for six and got three. if that’s not bad enough the fries have an entire gallon of salt on them and they are literally inedible at 4 pm on a thursday….crazy terrible place to give your money to i know that. i will never go back.

What happened to Zaxby’s?? Prepackaged salad fried chicken precooked? Sooo sad! They used to be my favorite place to eat. And because we just recently moved back near one this will be the last time for us.oh and $25 for a salad… Not anymore!
