Our server was great. Food was good. Deals and specials were enticing. Dined in after Saturday lunch rush. It was quiet. Took a while to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. One thing to note for the ladies, their bathroom was in bad shape. Larger stall lock doesn’t work, toilet paper holders were falling off the walls and one stall you would have to stand on the toilet to open and shut the door.

This restaurant is absolutely horrible. I waited 45 minutes for cold, undercooked food. I ordered loaded mashed potatoes, but they gave me cold fries instead. My burger was bloody. I will never spend money at that particular Applebee’s again!

If you haven’t been to the Applebee’s on 2 Notch Road, you need to pay the establishment a visit, you won’t be disappointed. I ordered online with ease and went to get my food and waited ( 3 mins). The food was presented beautifully in the 2 go containers. Upon arriving home, the food was still hot, and might I add delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection, the waffle fries were golden brown, and the shrimp and vegetables with garlic sauce and cheese were soooo good. Normally, I’d take a picture before eating, but due to the presentation of the food, I didn’t get a chance because I couldn’t wait to dig in. And please don’t get me started on the dessert. The Triple Chocolate Melt and the Cinnabon Swirls were perfect. …. it just took our meals over-the-top. In my opinion, there’s nothing for you to ” improve” on… just please keep up the good work. We will definitely see you next week if not sooner.

Thank you Kristina( manager) and Kenneth ( the cook. The Full rack baby back ribs, 12 oz Ribeye and sizzling caramel apple pie, and the sizzling butter pecan blondie is excellent….See the pictures below. See you soon

The food was great and plentiful. The blackberry lemonade is AMAZING!! Our server was polite and attentive, but something seemed off with the staff as a whole. Almost like they were always looking over their shoulders looking for whomever might be “grading” their work… I’ve worked in the restaurant business with several different companies and I know that’s not an enjoyable work place environment. I thought everyone did a good job honestly, from the hostess to the kitchen staff.

This was our first time going to this location. The service was terrible. The waiter was nice enough but everything took forever. It took forever for him to take our order. Then when our food finally came half of it was missing. My food (pasta) was very cold so it hadn’t even been sitting under a heat lamp to keep warm. It was very bland and tasteless I couldn’t even eat it. I had to ask for silverware to be brought so we could eat and it took at least 10 minutes for him to finally bring a real fork. I was so hungry I was just picking pieces of pasta up with my hands and by the time I had a fork I was over it. The only good thing i can say was my daughter ordered a steak and it was cook perfectly. We won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon. Hopefully they get some workers that know what they are doing. (Dollaritas are NOT worth the bad service and food)

Went with my wife around 2 pm after lunch on MLK DAY. N ordered some good food . If you don’t know the all you can eat plate are 15.00 comes with fries n slaw shrimp comes with the tartar sauce . Everything tasted good waiter was professional n checked on us every now and then . I’ll definitely go back to that location.

Ordered steak and shrimp with broccoli and mash potatoes. Apparently they don’t have broccoli and instead of telling me they didn’t have it just gave me loaded mash potatoes. Got to work to eat it and had to sift out my steak of a bowl of potatoes. Called to see if I could get some kind of partial refund. Phone kept getting passed around and no one would help me.
Ontop of having to wait forever when anyone was barely seated to pick up my to go. I was very disappointed and will not be. I didn’t order a casserole of potatoes and steak. This was not good.

The food was very good. The chicken tacos and the honey pepper traditional wings were awesome. I will definitely go back for those. The cheese sticks were good. The sizzling cheese and shrimp were good. Good food good prices.

Definitely in the top 3 worst dining experiences I’ve ever had! Waiting to be seated while staff walk right by. Dirty floors & tables. Our server had a horrible attitude…HORRIBLE! I can’t remember her name but burgundy long hair needs to be fired. She was so unpleasant and unprofessional! Cutting us off as we’re ordering, not refilling our drinks, I could go on & on. My food was bought out while my BF had to wait for his steak which took a while. My pasta was over cooked and bland. We ordered double shots of Don Julio and got 2 shot glasses with a drizzle of tequila. No salt on one of the rims.
There was one bright spot in the dinner. There was a young man who seated us. He had some facials piercings. He was professional, courteous, attentive, he refilled our drinks, checked on us, and he wasn’t even our server he was the hostess.
