Cini-Minis were hard , kids couldn’t eat them , didn’t seem fresh at all & customer service at the drive through sucks when you ask for fresh hash browns before ordering and u receive hard ones after the pre heads up .

Attempted to order two drinks and a 4 piece nugget for me and my wife on the way home, I get told to pull up to the window, as I pull around towards the first window, an employee leans out of the second window and waves me forward. I drive past the first window which was empty and when I arrive to the second window they ask if I had a mobile order. I said no and they asked for my order, when they asked the original guy who waved me forward left the window and the new cashier named Hugo told me to pay for my order I’d need to back up to the first window and that I would not be able to pay for my order at that window despite them waving me to it. I said I don’t want to back up because the window had nobody there and Hugo tried to gaslight me that there was someone in the window and wanted to know why I didn’t want to back up through a dark and rainy drive thru, I just pulled forward and left, drove to Wendy’s for my order instead and had 0 problems there. Avoid this location at all costs the staff are incompetent.

When you walk in, you will be greeted with the disgusting smell of sewage and unchanged oil. Good luck getting your order as the employees are running around having a blast, not working. I tossed the food in the parking lot. Might as well add to the filth and disgust. Stay far far far far away. Far.

I sometimes have a hankering for a whopper. I remember a time when they were always what you expected. That chat broiled taste. Now.. it is just not the same as it was. Its not just this store. Its the corporation in general. The food is just not what it used to be.

I am not quick to judge, so I have given this place a few times. Today just breakfast, in the morning everyone is rushing, so why in the world would you be so slow and take your time?? I order and when I have to pay, he makes me wait there while he goes to get my drinks, Why? his job should be to take orders and payments, next window should be pick up, but not at this BK, we have to wait until the order is ready for pick up, then you proceed to the next window. I think this is time consuming and that is why they are not efficient for anyone rushing back to work. They even marked the coke as diet coke.. oh brother, like really??
Update… still unable to renew my review, this BK is awful and the sad thing is that there is not another one near by… my husband went today(because I refuse to go) and the non English speaking manager that is there apparently doesn’t know how to manage still!! She isn’t even polite so I don’t know why she is there… anyway, French toast sticks are now as thin as fries and one was not even half a stick, the biscuit was burnt!! And you gave me coffee with no stir stick and ONE freaking napkin!! Yes, you still suck!! Update!! 8/19/22 still horrible- don’t come for lunch- you’ve been warned

Everytime I go its trouble to order. They have a hard time getting and keeping up with orders let alone speak English. I just wish it wasn’t so hard to order and get “fast” food.

Worst ever. Chicken nuggets were ice cold… I ordered fiery chicken wrap w/no tomato but got some mustard sauce with tomato. Fries were no edible….. So disappointed. I used to love BK but the last few visits have been terrible no matter the location

Saw an ad on the whopper special on Wednesdays for less than $4.00 when I arrived informed the special is only available to people who have downloaded the burger king app. Which one could not do at the location. Still I order a whopper jr. Meal and a regular whopper meal. To my surprise the total came out to over $22. As the had without informing me of the options on the sizes I could have ordered they just charged me for the largest size meals. To top it off the burger was a thin sliced patty with too much ketchup and the fries were too salty. Very disappointing to say the least.
