The service here is 10/10. They are so nice and very friendly. Mary and Jade and Jessica are the top 3 BEST employees. The fries here are so BOMB. You don’t have to wait for an hour for food the service here is fast I love this restaurant

I only give 4 stars for atmosphere because they could really use some new ceiling tiles in the dining areas. Otherwise, coming here you alwags get great service and food. I don’t think I’ve ever had a time where I thought it was a bad experience. Definitely recommend for families, friends, or even sitting by yourself.

Really good omelette for breakfast, the waiter we had was a little slow on refilling our waters but other than that really good breakfast for cheap! Probably the cheapest cup of coffee in town! 2 people ate for $28 before tip.

Stopped by for breakfast heading home to the U.P. from Duluth. Absolutely amazing. Food was great, large portions, I got the 2x2x2 meal and was pleasantly full. Very attentive waitress. All day breakfast. My only complaint is that the syrup is corn syrup instead of real maple. It’s right on the highway thru Ashland and I would highly recommend!

Very large menu can serve breakfast anytime.
On the menu the 2 piece chicken dinner was $10.20 (Super good price). I asked if I could get all white and the server said, “Sure.” When I got the bill I was upcharged $1.25 for this. Servers, please let your customers know there is an upcharage.

First time here. Stopped in, we were greeted by a waitress that sat us, and took our drink order. She brought us our drinks.
Our server showed, after we sat for 10 minutes, he took our order. Then he got lost. He brought us our food later. I wanted a refill fir my ice tea, it took him awhile to refill it. I keep seeing him & another server, go back to a single table in the back, and chat with someone, this happened multiple times. Our server was nice, but seemed to not have much training on what items he should “Always Keep an Eye Out” for when serving customers. And one of those items are never let a drink get to the bottom (that is one of my things I watch, I am patient). But I had been traveling all day wanted something to drink. He was a thin man, with tattoos, I believe even a spider on his neck. He was nice & polite, just needs some fine tuning on the art of serving.
▪︎We had the two piece Cod meal. With salad, our dinner even came with little side of broccoli, which was unexpected: nice treat.
I did not care for my mashed potatoes (they were too thick, they were “Not” creamy).
▪︎The fish was perfect, very yummy.
I decided to get a carrot cake to go. It was yummy.
▪︎I took pictures of the case with lots of yummy looking deserts.

Stopped by on our roadtrip and we agreed that this will likely be a stop if we ever head this way. The setting is older and dated, like a mid-2000s Perkins (which according to the signage and multiple names, it may have been at one point?) but the food was inexpensive and great.
The fried chicken takes some time to cook but for good reason as it’s made fresh to order and is fantastic! Even the breast was juicy and lush and the breading crispy. We spent under $30 for the two of us and I had enough leftover that we even split it for dinner that night.

She is Hands down the only reason my husband and I come in here to eat and the reason for the 5 stars!
The food is decent, good portions and the prices are mostly right.
