Been here twice this week, and each time they’re out of ice cream. If you’re “really” out of ice cream, put a sign so we don’t waste our time in line. Now I wasted 20 mins just to hear I can’t even order what I want. Either this location has poor management attention and doesn’t get appropriate stocking, or they have a lazy crew. Don’t make it MY problem, be communicative with your customers and put a sign.

I was upset I was waiting in line picking up an order for doordash as I was sitting there watching the three young students make the food with absolutely no gloves none of the workers had gloves. I watched one of the girls sticker hand into the shredded lettuce container bare hand I did not see her wash them and she put the lettuce on the burger the other girl that was working there was bagging the food she kept touching her nose over and over she did it four times they kept touching everything in the store I did not see anyone wash their hands. I brought it to the girl’s attention and she said okay thank you bye I said wait wait wait wait wait. I need you to know that stomach flu and viruses are not a joke it’s a thing this is real people get sick she says okay thank you bye

Pulled up to the window, due to short staff they’re only doing drive thru. No biggie, it’s New Year’s Day and we’re not huffy people. My issue, was when I ate one corn dog (I’m now disgusted by this), bit into the next corn dog and it was mushy!! GROSS. Upon further inspection, it’s not cooked all the way through, it’s still doughy. I tear open the other one, doughy as well. We pull back up to the stall just to let them know and get new ones. We thanked the guy working, as my boyfriend and I both have worked food service and understand it’s not easy. The guy actually brought us out 5 corn dogs to make up for it, very nice! However. STILL. NOT. COOKED. So I now have 8 doughy, cold corn dogs when I just wanted 3 cooked ones!! STOP COOKING THEM FROZEN AND TURN YOUR FRYER DOWN. The outside is very crispy and the inside is cold!!!! This has also happened to me at the Maricopa location. SOMETHING NEEDS TO HAPPEN. THIS IS A LITERAL HEALTH HAZARD!!!

Customer service is okay I was waiting for a while though, as for the food they half ass everything I asked for a lot of extra pickles with my order then they give me an extremely small container with two to three pieces of pickles like, seriously? And on top of that I asked to make my slushy dirty and light cream they almost turned my slushy to an ice cream I was very disappointed having to wait such a long time for three items two of them being beverages

Honestly, i usually only come for the drinks… But this time i decided to order food,huge mistake. The food was horrible, should’ve took pictures but my 3 year old’s grilled cheese was so burnt you would’ve thought he cooked it.. the french fries were so salty and dry. Will never get food from sonic again.

This Sonic’s is always out of everything. They never have cherries only the flavoring. And running out of tots ? Like how do you run out on a Monday at lunch time and no Powerade might as well close down for the day.

In the words of Rick Ross “somebody lied” …After reading the reviews I was very reluctant upon whether or not I should visit this location…well lets say I’m glad I ignored the reviews! Strawberry limeade was made fresh ,tots were fresh and the foot long coney dog had plenty of chili & … definitely not disappointed,friendly staff and the morale of the crew was upbeat and lots of great teamwork going on here. Great job to the Saturday night crew here definitely proved the reviews wrong and delivered that nostalgic flavor and drink Sonics is known for, keep up the great work!!!! Definitely will be back!!

Went in the dive thru ordered two dirty Dr peppers. Mind you this is my first time trying it. So as I tried it I was in total disgust. I asked the cashier if I could switch out my drink for something else. She had said “you already paid for it“ in a very rude demeanor, I wasn’t rude in anyway I was very polite about it. I ask her if I could switch it out for a strawberry limeade and then she repeated it again “you’re already paid for it “. Again in a very rudely manner, I had responded in a friendly manner “OK thank you have a good night “. This whole encounter was very upsetting to say the least. As I love sonic very much, and also the strawberry limeade is kind of my favorite, so I don’t know why I got a dirty Dr Pepper.
