My mcrispy was just that. Dry and looked like it was cooked 2 or 3 times. The fries were only partially filled. The tea was gross. Not worth the price paid. I asked for a new tea but that was all they had. Disappointing experience.

Horrible. The young girls that work there on the weekends, their attitudes need to go!!!! Clearly ordered a biscuit and was given something else, they even wrongfully charged me and still didn’t make the sandwich the correct way. When they did correct the order they still got it wrong. This is the second time this restaurant has stolen money from me. The first time was I made a mobile order and they didn’t give my order to my boyfriend….. I even contacted them several times and they still never reimbursed me or gave me the food I ordered. I have low blood sugar so when I need to eat, I need to eat. I will never return to this location again.

I was in drive thru for 20 minutes to get a double cheeseburger med fry large coke. It took about 15 minutes to pay get to window handed me my coke and said to pull ahead sat there for 5 minutes then fries cold. By this is worst McDonald’s in the tri state area. So much for being fast food. I would recommend to go across the street to Taco John’s.

The service was friendly, efficient, and quick. She was informative and helpful. The food was exactly what I ordered and what I expected. The dining room was clean and had lots of seating available. (I was there just after lunch rush.) As a traveler, it’s nice to rely on certain things when I’m out of town, like McDonald’s and the friendliness of Iowans.

When I order the curbside delivery it’s always very good. When I order through DoorDash it’s more miss than hit. Missing condiments that were requested or paid for, messing up special orders like no ketchup, and once the dasher had to wait 45 minutes. I called the establishment and basically was told they were understaffed so DoorDash orders were pushed and repushed to the bottom of the queue until they got caught up.

The McDonald’s app wouldn’t let me claim my points. lost points over the span of over six months. I lost over 14,000 points. I reached out to McDonald’s on the app and I got an email. They never responded to my reply with the information and it’s been a while since with hearing anything. I have pressed redeemed on my points and it hasn’t let me redeem them. I deleted the app it still doesn’t work.

We finished a 1,000 miles trek and used Door Dash to order from this McDonald’s. When our meals were delivered, both sets of fries were missing. I suggested the store order Door Dash and have that order delivered to us(1/2mile away) and they said they couldn’t.

Went to McDonald’s at 10:43 pm and the cones were in the drive through, sat n line and the girl came to the window and asked us what do we need and that they are closed. Not in my day!!! You are open until you are closed at closing . She said if the cones are in the drive through they are closed.

My fried chicken sandwich only had pickles no mayo and the chicken was cooked to long and tasted like the oil needed to be changed and the fries had barely any salt.
