Went into Wendy today for lunch. Multiple people looked at us laughing and cutting up before anyone came to take our order. I asked for ranch got ignored multiple times. Janice her apron said shift lead was rude as could be. Ignored when I went back up to ask for my ranch. Didn’t give our cups. They were ride as can be. We come here multiple times a week! Something needs to be done! This was absolutely ridiculous

Be careful when ordering spicy nuggets from them… this is the second time I ordered spicy nuggets and it was mixed with regular nuggets. Then if you order sweet and sour sauce with them they will give you sweet chili…. Check your meals before pulling off… other then that they food is good

Staff were kind, and fast despite it being the dinner rush. I got takeout from the dinning room because my window doesn’t roll down. Tables were cleaned, everything was well stocked. I was disappointed to find they charge for sauces now but it is what it is I guess.

This should be one if the first to close. The employees are rude and lazy and their manager isn’t any better. It has declined for years. The only reason it has made it is because it’s the only one in the area. They could be great but choose not to be.

The Taco Salad doesn’t stand up to a real sit down Mexican Restaurant taco salad.
For Dollar and change more I can eat a real Mexican Restaurant taco salad, sit down, and be waited on, with excellent iced tea unsweetened or sweetened, with chips and pincante.

Went to order a double hamburger, w/o cheese and received a cheeseburger, went back thru drive through, associate dropped order on the concrete, mgr asked me to pick it up, I said I didn’t drop it. Made another burger, again had cheese. Went inside store showed receipt which had no cheese, they made another and ignored me, they kept receipt so no proof. Manager was rude. Cashier guy was pleasant, not his fault, Cooks can’t read. Wife was in hospital, did not have time to document.

Wednesday, October 1 at 7:15 AM I went through drive-through at the Wendy’s by Prisma Hospital before I place my order. I asked if dining room was open and with an attitude the lady just said no. When I got to the window, she still had an attitude Customerservice was horrible!! No, Customer should be treated that way!
