Pretty disappointing. The ice cream was expensive, but just OK. The picnic tables are difficult to sit at, and the whole seating area was swarming with bees. There is no indoor seating. I ordered a banan split, but their idea of a “banana split” is some ice cream in a cup with sliced bananas decorating it. No complaints about the service.

I have had better ice cream at other places. It was still pretty good but I did expect it to be better. I got the cookie craze The dining tables were quite dirty. The prices were a bit high. It is ice cream though so you can’t really complain. I do prefer Cabana boy in Winter Haven you get a lot more for less money. The employees were nice here. A lot of the flavors offered on the website were not available. I came here to get French toast, horchata,or Chocolate birthday cake but none of those flavors were actually available. My pals also were looking for peanut butter but none was to be found even though the website offers about 10-12 different varieties of peanut butter.

As a Lakelamd native, Bruster’s has always been a childhood favorite of mine. Annette is super kind when taking your order and does a wonderful job making sure you get what you paid for. Delicious! Highly recommend the chocolate raspberry truffle and if you’re a chocoholic get the hot fudge brownie sundae with turtle ice cream instead of vanilla.

Bruster’s is a great ice cream stop! A nice one to live close to, or maybe not so nice because then I always want to go.. it’s a classic walk up ordering window and wait for your sweets, then sit and enjoy them in the outdoor seating area.
There are lots of ice cream flavors and ways of having your ice cream. You can even ask for a pint or quart to take home and they scoop it right there for you. Bruster’s does deliver through DoorDash as well, always a good option for a night in!

Super good ice cream! It’s a walk up place ( no indoor seating) but they do have picnic tables outside. Lots of options to choose from but they pretty much stick to the menu with no substitutions. But it’s tasty stuff and the prices aren’t bad! I recommend the strawberry shortcake, myself.

If you are in South Lakeland you have to stop and try this place. Amazing Ice cream that has to be made in house. The variety is amazing and if you are older like me and still crave a good malt this place is a has to stop Ice cream store. It’s clean and the people there are very nice. I highly recommend Bruster’s REAL Ice Cream.
