I gave this restaurant 5 stars only because of the service. There is no atmosphere in this place. It was clean, but the feeling was sterile. I had not eaten in a Chick-fil-A in many years. After reading all the hype about them having the greatest chicken sandwiches in the fast food industry, we decided to give it a try. Personally, I find the McDonalds McCrispy to be a superior sandwich at a lower price. I will say that at this restaurant the service was better than I have experienced in a fast food restaurant in years. That was refreshing. However, it was not enough to win me over when it cost $23 for two regular chicken sandwich meals.

Still gave 5 star total because they never disappoint but they did forget some of my food. I was going to show him my receipt as most places would want to see before giving me more food but they just happily took my word for it and gave me what was missing. Also the girl organizing chairs helped us clean up (big family) and grabbed us extra sauce to go!

THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE ! ! !
HORRIBLE SERVICE
I CALLED 8 TIMES !
THEN, WHEN I WALKED OVER TO TELL THEM AT THE WINDOW THE GIRL COMPLETELY IGNORED ME
FINALLY A MANAGER COMES AND SAYS
“WE WERE HELPING GUESTS THAT’S WHY WE COULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE”
I AM SITTING HIGHER THAN PICK UP TRUCKS IN A SEMI
ACROSS FROM THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW WATCHING AS I CALL
I CLEARLY WATCHED AS NO CAR WAS PRESENT A FEW OF THOSE MULTIPLE TIMES I CALLED !
THIS AIN’T GOOD CFA SALINA
The paper towel holder in the mens room was just barely high enough to not feed down onto the dirty sink.
Lol, a bit higher would be greatly appreciated, pretty please. ; )

ALWAYS REMEMBER THERE ARE 3 KINDS OF SOULS:
1. THOSE WHO ARE GOING TO SKIP PURGATORY AFTER DEATH
having lived a mortified life, practicing much penance and prayer
2. THOSE WHO ARE NOT GOING TO SKIP PURGATORY AFTER DEATH
but did at least die in a “state of super natural life”. Therefore, they are now guaranteed heaven after purgatory
3. THOSE WHO DO NOT DIE IN A STATE OF “SUPERNATURAL LIFE”
therefore, they will suffer immortal punishment after death
ALSO,
REMEMBER TO BOYCOTT ALL BUSINESSES OPEN ON HOLY SUNDAY’S (unless it is a grave reason they are open)
MOST ESPECIALLY BOYCOTT ALL RESTAURANTS OPEN ON HOLY SUNDAY’S

Nothing wrong with the business but a young boy, Tegan. Spilled lemonade on me while handing it to me. He also didn’t seem to care either after that just “ want a napkin ?” The fact why I am writing this is because my father gave me a 13k Bracelet and lemonade got on it. I am just pissed.

Great food as always with the Chick-fil-A brand. It was absolute chaos inside (customers, children) but it was the day before Thanksgiving. Mens room in desperate need for a second urinal.

I can’t believe I spent $20 for absolutely terrible meals.
Chicken was thin with overcooked edges and very dry and cold and I only live 3 blocks from the drive thru.
Waffle fries were cold and there were only crumbles in bottom of the container.
What a HUGH DISAPPOINTMENT!!
Management should be changed if he has no control over the food that leave his establishment.
