This is my last time coming to Popeyes ever again. I want to call the main headquarters for this. They gave me cold and old chicken. By time I got to the house I realized it. I just went ahead and take the $7.00 loss. That on me. And it’s was two girls that were working the front I’m going to make it my business to get their name and report them. This happen on 11/25 at 10:30pm eastern time.

Absolutely disturbing! First and foremost the girl at the register definitely needed help operating the pos system. Meanwhile the manager was on the floor spitting chicken that he was eating out of his hands from the back to the sales floor into the trash that customers dump the food in. Having a social break talking to friends instead of helping the girl that clearly needs help learning. Talking about Beyoncé concerts and he has a line wrapped around the door. Please hire better staff!!!

I had to eait a few minutes foe the mild chicken. However it was good and hot. Overall the service was good. It was the evening crew 11/17/25 @ 6pm and they did a good job for such a young crew.

I stopped here on my way to Atlanta. There were only a couple of people in the store. We walked straight up to the counter and ordered. The cashier was pleasant enough. We requested extra sauce on the ghost pepper wings, and she definitely gave us what we asked for and then some.

We sat down and ate in the restaurant. The tables were clean. Nothing on the floor.

My only critique is the chicken itself. It was kind of dark brown, and it tasted as I suspected. It tasted like the grease was old. I didn’t pay attention much because I really was eating the sides first. By the time I realized it, we were back in the car and not going to turn around and go back.

Please change your grease in a timely rotation.

Subject: Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Staff – Popeyes on Dean’s Bridge Road (Augusta, GA)

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable customer service I received today at the Popeyes located on Dean’s Bridge Road in Augusta, GA.

I called the store immediately after placing my order to ask if mayonnaise and pickles could be added to my sandwich, since I realized I made a mistake during the order process. The woman who answered the phone initially was dismissive, but before I could finish explaining, a male employee got on the phone and spoke to me with one of the rudest attitudes I have ever experienced in a business setting.

He spoke loud, sloppy, and disrespectfully, saying, “WHAT DID YOU SAY?” in a tone that was clearly not confusion, but irritation. I calmly repeated myself. He then told me the sandwich was already made. I could clearly hear him talking in the background telling someone, “Just hang up, just hang up,” and the call was deliberately ended in my face.

Let me be very clear:
There is absolutely no reason for any employee to hang up on a customer who was being polite and simply making a small request—especially when that request could have easily been handled or at least declined respectfully.

This was not just bad customer service. It was disrespectful, rude, and completely unprofessional.
It reflects extremely poorly on your brand and shows that proper customer service training—and basic respect—is clearly not being enforced at this location.

I am requesting that:

This incident be reviewed immediately

The employees working at that time be addressed and disciplined accordingly

Management acknowledge that this behavior is not acceptable

If this is how customers are treated for something as small as adding condiments, I am honestly concerned about how this store interacts with customers in general.

I would appreciate a response and confirmation that this matter will be taken seriously.

Upon entering the building never received hello thank you for coming to Popeye’s. I stood there for several minutes waiting to place my order. I was totally ignored. I understand that it was busy but they could have at least say, “Will be with you as soon as possible” but didn’t even get that.
Ryan was telling me that I had to have a coupon to get my order. I explained to him that is not what the sign said on the window. He got a little huffy with me.
After waiting 15 minutes or so I went up to the counter to find out what was going on with my order. Ryan said “I thought you got your order already.” And then went to check the board were all the orders were and said, “oh it’s still up here I’m sorry.”
Placed order at 721 pm.
Received order at 740 p..
Only received 1 side not 2 as sign says.
Worst customer service I’ve gotten at any of the Popeye’s I’ve ever been in. I would have gave only one star if the food have been bad.
At least the chicken was hot and tasted good. It was clean at least.

Today while picking up my order inside, I was met with the most amazing greeting ever. The initial cashier then gave me amazing customer service. After checking in and waiting for my order, another younger employee asked the name of my order then proceeded to give me attitude. She then said something rude but would not repeat it when I asked her. It’s only takes one bad apple to ruin a review

I went to the drive through at 10:15pm. The guy working on the headset said “welcome to popeyes would you like to try our 6pc combo?” I said yea let me get the ghost pepper kind. He replied saying they didnt have any???? Lol how? You asked me did i want something i said yes. So i asked him if they could make them and he said “i don’t think they are going to drop them right now?” I said what time do you all close and he said “11:00pm” . Then he offered me tenders and i said no thank you what chicken do you have available he replied by saying “mild chicken is coming up but alot of people are waiting on them and there may not be enough so all i can offer is tenders” ….. i get that you all dont like cleaning after the shift but if you cant maintain the scheduled posting for operational hours then go find another job!!!
