Listen up! For a simple lunch, they had us waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line, half tank of gas is vaporized. Literally the WORST of the WORST store in S. Cal. People could literally finish a real meal in a real restaurant for that amount of time wasted. Do yourself a favor, shut it down, just shut down this business already. I am 100% sure you will never in a million year see me again.

We went through a practically empty drive-thru with only one car in one of the lanes and so we went to the opposite lane. We were told to wait a moment as the opposite car was pulling forward and another car pulled up in it’s place. This was followed by another 2 cars being assisted before us and I called to the speaker for assistance. I was told, “I’m sorry about that, please wait.” So instead we decided to drive away without any service and upset with a hungry family in the car. We hope they provide better service to us if we decide to stop at this location again.

Stopped by McDonald’s today and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and quick, my order was accurate, and the food came out hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean, and the drive-thru line moved faster than I expected. Overall, a solid visit that reminded me why McDonald’s is such a reliable choice for a quick meal.

Well, I walked in because I wanted some good coffee and I was craving sausage McMuffin with egg and a McDonald’s coffee so I decided to stop here in Ramona Chino your service was pretty standard OK I would say coffee was great. Food was really great. The only thing I didn’t like was the restrooms they smell bad but other than that they met my expectations. I am a normal guy. I’m not too picky. I just like normal service they do get a review because I like their food, and I was in and out very prompt Another thing I loved. It was a spacious parking space I parked with my truck. Plenty of room plenty of places to park. I actually like this McDonald’s. I didn’t have to double check my order though it right on point good for them. Please give it a thumbs up if it helps you, but it’s always good to double check McDonald’s’s orders not everybody is up to great service. These guys pass the test.I’ll definitely come back when I’m around

I had started to work in the area and I come here for breakfast and sometimes lunch but the service is never consistent and this most recent time I was waiting for half an hour in the parking lot for my food and when I called they said “you are next” took too long so now I’m late for work and I tried calling again to refund my order and I could go they refused to pick up their phones, after ten tries of calling then they brought my order. EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated

We decided to dine. The atmosphere was fine, the issue was they do not refill your drinks. I have never been to a McDonald’s that’s refused to refill your drink if you dine in. They forgot my son’s fries! He cried.

i just waited twenty minutes in line for a mcflurry and right when we got the the ordering speaker, it took another 10 for the worker to respond. Then once I ordered my mcflurry they said the machine is down in the rudest tone possible. I personally know that the machine isn’t broken, they just do not want to turn it on. I have a cousin who used to work there and she can back me up on that. This was a huge waste of my time. I hadn’t eaten all day and a mcflurry was the one thing i was looking forward to the most. Thank you for a waste of my time and a waste of energy.

Don’t come to this place, one of the leads a Hispanic older woman is very rude. I don’t think she likes working here, but that’s not my fault. I asked for a refill on my coffee and was very disrespectful in simply saying “we don’t do refills” Didn’t even take the time to explain. This McDonald’s had crappy service.

If I could give a zero I would one of the most inconsistent McDonalds ever. Fries always comes out cold often even not fully cooked. The big big girl in the drive thru has some real issue as well as her manager.
