Ate here last night for the first time in probably a decade. Most of the food was good.. but…..the pepper jack cheese sticks that several other reviews raved about were absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what they’re made out of, but they came to the table luke warm, gelatinous and overall just unappealing. Thinking maybe they were undercooked, we asked for replacement, the next batch was warmer, but still the most offputting texture you could imagine. Good place for a burger, or chicken fingers… Skip the pepper jack cheese sticks, don’t listen to anyone that says they’re good. They are definitely lying.

Update: 2/15/2026: we had a tight schedule today and after waiting 30 minutes for our food, we had to switch from dine-in to a to-go order. Grandkids shrimp skewers were great! Other had Mac and Cheese (came in a heat and serve pouch). They foregot both kids Cottage Cheese, spouses salsa and sour cream for the Quesadilla. Past Post: We hadn’t been to Peppers Grill for a long time. First time taking the grandkids here and they loved it! They are picky eaters so happy to add another place we can take them. We had excellent food and service. Peppers has a large menu with options for everyone.

Got a takeout order and it was done before it said it was approximately going to be done. I love this place. The only two downsides about my experience. I wish the buffalo chicken wrap was just a little more spicier, but that’s just my preference, and I wish takeout orders were kept warm and not just sitting out to be cold.

I placed an online order today. I requested extra dressings. 2, which I was willing to pay for. They were not with my order. I had to go back in to receive. I also did not check the no cutlery box, expecting to get at least one set. Not with order. Dissapointed.

Great environment for watching sports. Lots of TVs with a big bar and lots of seating. They have upstairs seating for even additional people so overall great environment.
We tried the chicken strip basket that they are known for. I would say it was just okay the honey mustard was a bit runny and couldn’t taste much mustard.

We hadn’t been to Peppers for quite some time due to a bad experience. I’m glad we went. We both tried new menu items, and both were excellent. Service was excellent as well. We will be returning more often now.

When did the Nachos change? Ordered nachos today and got a basket of chips, a bowl of ingredients and a clean plate to mix them together ourselves. Strangest concept for nachos I’ve ever seen.

We had a breaded tenderloin and fries. Fries were hot and good. Forgot an ingredient but server got it quickly. This sandwich was was good but thin and floppy. Burger with homemade chips. Burger juicy and good. Chips greasy. Cheese curds for app were too salty. Server was excellent.
Although this is 2024, there should be printed lists of available drinks. This is a simple thing to have in the restaurant and some patrons could get flustered trying to use QR codes. Also, there were eight servers standing around doing nothing at the entrance the restaurant. An old saying in the restaurant business: if you have time to lean, you have time to clean.
