Sit upstairs near bar for a more “romantic” environment. Food was excellent. Pork dish was surprisingly good as I usually cook in steam oven. These were every bit as moist and cooked perfectly (medium). Risotto and suck were all good. I highly recommend the two desserts pictured. Goat cheesecake and mascarpone. Octopus was cooked perfect but for me the chermoula was a bit too salty. Great staff.

We stopped in for brunch on a Saturday and had a wonderful experience. We started with a combination of raw oysters and roasted oysters and both were excellent. We tried the pork belly hash and chicken fried pork chop and both were excellent. Their menu changes daily, but there will always be great menu items to choose from

We’ve been wanting to go ever since Chef Josh Oakley formerly from the Smiling Bison in Sanford, FL helped open the farm-to-table restaurant.

Our dining experience was amazing and Patrick provided top level service.

Everything was prepared exquisitely and of course delicious. It was a busy day in Mt Dora with the Christmas Parade & Boat Parade but the service and quality was on point.

Highly recommend dining here.

Great place for some fantastic tasting food. Mostly local ingredients. Great setting in on old house. As with everything in Mount Dora, parking can be an issue. The only downside is it is somewhat pricey. Probably should have included one more scallop for the price.

We had the best time eating here. We were celebrating our friend’s birthday. Service was fantastic, food was AMAZING, and the bar staff makes some phenomenal drinks. I think my favorite was their Old Fashioned.

Food is locally sourced and everything is fresh.

The roasted oysters – holy cow were awesome! A must appetizer while they’re still on the menu.

I cannot say enough good things about this amazing place. From start to finish amazing thoughtful and well executed dishes that change with the season. One note of sadness in that rotation…Please bring back the beet salad. It was wonderful and missed on my last visit.

Solid 4 star experience. We liked everything but weren’t blown away. The happy hour is definitely the highlight of this place. 4-6:30 with $8 cocktail menu, $7 well drinks, and a limited appetizer menu.
We had the watermelon pickled shrimp with vegetables on toast. It was very good. For entrees we had parpadelle Bolognese made with beef, duck, and pork, and the pork ribeye on a bed of some type of beans with peppers. Both entrees were tasty and hit the spot but were they worth $40 each, eh probably not.
This restaurant does constantly change the menu so others’ experiences might be a little better and some might be worse. But overall I’d say this is a great place, and probably the best happy hour in mt Dora.
