THE ABSOLUTE WORST
I received the absolute worst service at this restaurant. The drive-thru employee was extremely rude. The fries were heavily over salted, as seen in the photo.
The burger was supposed to be fresh and clearly from the photo it was burned and dried up like beef Jerky.

Horrible, ordered on the Wendy’s app,went to drive thru waited almost 30 min in line, cashier was short and rude didn’t even apologize for the long wait just said oh your order is pd pull up, them pulled up and my order was incomplete, so I stayed at the window waiting for the woman to come back, then got a what are you still doing here to which I replied I’m missing a burger then once I got it it was made incorrectly. I contacted customer service survey and got no return response!

The Guy taking the order was extremely disrespectful, he yelled at some of us walking inside saying we had to go through drive thru and said it with attitude. When we went around to order he was rushing us to order and then when we asked for a second to get out selections in order, he told us to hurry up because there was a line. There was only one car behind us. When we pulled up to the window he was giving is a face. After on 3 cars left and drove off annoyed. Someone else with better attitude should be taking the orders! The lady charging us at the window was very patient and kind.

HANDS DOWN WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN!!!! The person taking order was BEYOND RUDE! I told her I was going to be using APP she goes “ just give me your order” o said let me look, she goes “HELLO, YOUR ORDER”, I told her AGAIN “ I’m looking “! She goes “ you don’t know what you want?” At this point I should have left! Then I get my order she has dirty clothes/jacket not work dirty! That hoodie has not been washed!!! Then I get it tear a piece off and my breakfast sandwich is cold and has green piece of something on it! NOPE I WOULD STARVE BEFORE EVER RETURNING TO THAT RESTAURANT!! Just got a door dash, food came cold which was fine, I asked for no tomatoes and ranch, just the lettuce bacon and cheese for the sandwich. I got a chicken sandwich with 3 slices of tomatoes, and a whole lot of ranch. No lettuce, no bacon, no cheese. They forgot my Cinnabon item. They forgot the baked potato. The chicken was even cook right, raw towards the middle. 2nd time I’ve had Wendy’s and I dont think im coming back to Wendy’s. Money well wasted. I feel like youll get better food service from scanners no adays

Absolute worst experience at a fast food restaurant that I have ever had! I went through the drive thru at 9pm. I was in line, behind the one person ahead of me for about 10 mins. When I pulled up to the windows, the employee charged me over $50 for an order that was not mine. He also charged me for my own order and I never received the food. I waited at the windows for about 30 mins. The employees could not figure out how to give me a refund. One of them took pictures of my car with their cell phone. I have contacted the store several times, only to receive an attitude. I have tried to be polite and it has gotten me no where. I would not recommend this restaurant. Also. The lobby has been closed for a long time. I had previously brought my disabled mom down and unloaded her and her wheelchair, just to find out that the lobby was closed. I would not recommend Pittsfield Wendy’s to anyone.

In past month said they couldn’t do frostys don’t have fish for lent. Asked for a Dave’s single burger just ketchup they somehow screwed that up. Wouldn’t be surprised to see them as one of the Wendy’s closing.

2022 update: fruit flies around condiments and eating area, food was tasteless. Staff was indifferent, and not friendly. Prices still high. Won’t be going back.
It’s a fast food place. Prices are high for the quality, but you’re paying for convenience. Nothing special. Areas were clean, parking lot was maintained. Drink and condiment dispensers were clean as well. Staff was nice.

I went into a Wendy’s in Pittsfield MA because my car was being worked on next door. It was very clean and modern inside, that’s the one good thing I can say.
It took about 8 mins before any employee acknowledged my presence. I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito and an orange juice. The server who took my order had long unkempt hair. Not pulled back, no hair net, no hat, as did everyone in the kitchen.
When the food came, the server said, have a wonderful day!
I sat down to eat and instead of a neatly rolled burrito, it looked like the burrito was sloppily thrown into the foil wrapper and ingredients thrown on top. I was so hungry, I just re-rolled the burrito myself and ate it instead of returning it. It tasted okay enough.
As I sat there I noticed on the wall, the words, ” All of Wendy’s spins off one word- FRESH” lol
I can tell you with certainty that not a single thing on the menu is fresh. At least not on the breakfast menu.
