We’re done with this location. It’s clear that the owners don’t care about this location, the customers or their staffing issues. The drive through is always backed up in the evening. Our order is consistently wrong, meaning we have to go in if we catch the error right away. Otherwise, we get home to discover something was left out of our order.
My wife had to go back in this time because none of the sauces for our nugget orders were in the bag and neither was her 10-piece nugget. After we get home, I discover that my bacon double quarter pounder with cheese is clearly missing the bacon. It was on the ticket taped on top. I get this all the time, not that hard but apparently it is.

This mcdonald’s is across from a ta truck stop. I gad breakfast. Service food atmosphere was amazing. Not like the other mcdonald’s at all. Ty for holding better standards

Using the McDonald’s app today, used a 15% off 12$ or more and because I got the deal that’s shown on your menu to get a sandwich for a dollar after you buy another sandwich and that cancelled out the 15%. Such a SCAM. Why use the app at all.

We have ordered at this McDonalds three times and I believe this might be the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The orders are fresh and hot even when we customize. The French fries are so good without a heavy hand of salt they are perfect IMO. Thank you for caring about your store front you and your crew make a great team.

My husband went to pick up 3 burgers, some fries and a 2 pc chicken tenders around 9:45 pm on Friday June 1. Bunch of kids goofing off working there. Took them way too long to complete the order, which was wrong, missing fries, missing tenders, cheese on burger after my husband specifically stated several times, NO CHEESE!(are employees not aware of allergy issues?) 2 of our 3 hamburgers were not cooked all the way through. We live close by so we weren’t even able to eat our food and he wasn’t going back up there to fuss with a bunch of kids. Picture of a hamburger attached. No more eating at our local McDonald’s!

Ordered two $5.00 meals. When the cashier rang it up, it was $14.50. I told her that was wrong. The “manager” came out and voided the transaction. She re-rang it, and this time it was $18.95. I told her to cancel the order and left. Cashier seemed confused and the “manager” was less than helpful. Most first graders know 5 plus 5 is 10.

This mcdonalds does pretty well for me…..most of the time. During the day shift is fine, everything goes great, we’re in and out no issues. During night shift we wait to order, we wait for our food (that’s cold most of the time) and they never get it right. They need a new nigh shift manager or something because this guy does NOT know what he’s doing. Numerous times we have come to the window and he’s yelling at the staff and he was cussing them once. During the day we have zero issues aside from missing a sauce every now and then for our nuggets. During the night my food is soggy and I often have to send it back. We had to tell them 4 different times what we ordered and they still didn’t get the order right. My fries were half full. When I order a medium I expect a medium, not a small in a medium box. When we got there tonight there was one car in front of us that was already there waiting and two others that were in and out. We had 3 burgers, 2 fries, and a drink. They had us pull into a spot and wait when there was no one behind us.
