These losers make me pull ahead and wait every time. They make you wait for 10 minutes, and bring out food that is barely warm and the fries were only half full after waiting for 10 min. Avoid this place, it is NOT fast food. Places like this deserve to go out of business!

Friendly customer service was awesome . But I ordered a 20 pack of chicken nuggets with 3 sauces that come with it. Got all the way back home . No sauce. Nobody wanted plain nuggets. Couldn’t drive all the back. It ruined the meal. $18 down the toilet. Then week prior our fish sandwiches had enough tartar sauce for one bite. I asked for a side of tartar and they told me I had to paid extra for something that should have came on the sandwiches to begin with. I wasnt asking for a free hand out. Only what I had already paid for. The large fries were barely warm and over salted but they hate when you ask for salt free hot fries. Can win for losing I guess.

That’s a bag of cheeseburgers from here. The disgusting grease that came from the burgers all over the bag. I still feel the feeling on the grease on my fingers after cleaning them. Stay away, Terrible

When a person orders hotcakes…it seems like common sense to include syrup and utensils… We were in a hurry … Having to get drive thru breakfast and eat in the car. This is a huge inconvenience…use common sense!

I sure wish they wouldn’t water down their orange juice so much. Other McDonald’s are much better. Schools need to teach students how to count back change. Store owners need to do the same.

Do not special order anything from this McDonald’s. They seem to be angry if you ask for “extra” anything. This is the condition of the sandwich when you ask for extra sauce. I had to scrape most of the sauce off to make it edible. I will continue to order this way and continue these reviews until something changes. It’s getting ridiculous to pay these prices and get this absolute mess of a product. This is clearly out of spite for some reason or another. Stop treating the customer like the enemy.

For the love of French fries, can you PLEASE fill the large container full NOT HALF FULL! They are almost 4 bucks and you only fill it half full every dang time!

The middle age woman who works the second window in the morning is very nice she always greets with a big smile and a friendly tone and says good morning and have a great day I’ve come to enjoy getting breakfast at this McDonald’s over the one on Washington. Both are 1 mile from me. I prefer this tuscola store because of the friendly energy and atmosphere.

Teresa the manager is very unprofessional, I was rushed through the drive through to be refused service.
I will never recommend this location to anyone!
Once again visited just to be disappointed, my order wasn’t made to order as it should have been, so I called and asked them to replace it, they said they would, I drove up there to be told I’m not going to get new fries so I have to eat cold fries , then my burger looks like it was thrown in grease and smashed in my box.
Mind you this is the McDonald’s on tuscola in bay city mi
