Elevated Italian restaurant with a large wine list, full bar, and patio with occasional live music.

This place is delicious. If you want a nice dinner and a friendly bartender (Julia is awesome). We will visit every time we come to this crazy town. Great dinner and service and my wife love the Brussel spouts (She’s very picky on those) the Calamari was the second best we’ve eaten. Only second the some we had in Sausalito CA. If you don’t try it once you’re missing out. If you do you’ll be back.

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. Starting with the service, our waitress was the kindest person, and overall everyone who works at the restaurant makes you feel like a very special customer. The food was a delight, the desserts were exquisite, and the drinks were unmatched.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Trattoria Il Mulino – A Must‑Visit!
The Staff — Aurick, Carlvin and Delion provided an incredible experience at Trattoria Il Mulino. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale and comfortable, making it great for both a night out with friends and a special occasion.
The food was outstanding. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into each plate. The staff checked in just the right amount, offering great recommendations without ever feeling rushed.
We left already planning our next visit. If you’re looking for exceptional Italian cuisine with top‑tier service, Trattoria Il Mulino is absolutely worth it!

High-end restaurant; I recommend making a reservation.
The atmosphere is luxurious, like the entire restaurant.
The open kitchen, meticulously prepared dishes, and the food quality is very high.
The wine list is excellent, especially Italian.
Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

As an Italian, I can say that the food here is incredible. Every dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Standout dishes were the Octopus appetizer and the Scallop special they offered for the night. Also, the limoncello tiramisu was outstanding. Super underrated spot in Nash. They even have a patio with live music you can enjoy after dinner. Shoutout to Sarah for the great service.

The food and service are amazing and it’s a very elegant restaurant. The meatballs were my favorite of everything we ate. But everything was delicious. We will definitely go again if we visit Nashville.

I stumbled upon this place when looking for an Italian place to eat downtown. We were seated rather quickly and got to ordering. I got a create your own pasta with angel hair and a meat/tomato sauce and my friend got the clam linguine. We also ordered a side of Brussel sprouts. They brought out some bread and eggplant as an appetizer. The bread was good- lots of flavor and very fresh. The eggplant was the worst eggplant I’d ever had. It was mushy and cold and covered in cheese, however the cheese could not mask the horrible texture and lack of flavor. My pasta dish was good, but I have to admit it was a little below expectations for a nearly $30 price tag. My friend who ordered the clam linguine- it came out missing half of the clams. There were three shells on top but only one of them had meat in it and the other two were just the shells. We brought it to the waiter’s attention, who said that “the clam meat was mixed into the sauce.” While this may have been true, we did mix around the pasta and there was still very little clam meat for this dish to be labeled “clam linguine” and the hefty price tag of $26. However, they did apologize and remade the dish. When they brought it back out, there were shells filed with meat as well as visible meat mixed into the sauce. Their customer service did take care of our issue. As a whole, it was a decent experience but the prices were high, possibly because it was located near downtown and a restaurant located inside a hotel.

Our first time in Nashville. We had dinner here our first night. The food was fantastic! The goat cheese ravioli is delicious. So much so, that we went back two more times during our stay. We sat at the bar and Kristen was the cherry on top! She is so friendly, welcoming and funny. She made our experience even better. Can’t wait to go back!

Ok,
So it’s a Monday …. I moved here 9 months ago and have been seeking a place to call home. The Team at Trattoria Il Mulino have not only cornered the market on “fugedabahdit” … the cuisine is also nothing short of MamaMia great!!!!
I started with the Watermelon Burrata ( don’t make it weird ) and may I say that I was so blown away that I followed it up with what you see pictured here. I went “off menu” and ordered the Rigatoni ala Bolognese … with a ball of Burrata right in the center topped with fresh grated Parmesan.
When I tell you this dish would raise the dead, I kid you not … because I looked next to me and Grandmama was sitting right there screaming “manga manga”!!!!
I ended with a double espresso and the flourless torte …. they had to call a crane to wheel me out to my car!!!!
John and Julien , as well as Qlgre made this such a memorable experience, that I will be back as a regular.
Well done!!!!

Now coming into Nashville everyone wants to try Barbecue but I was craving Italian. They are literally on side of Boardway street. Busy street in Nashville. When you walk in the ambiance is quite, calm and lovely. Not to mention excellent service. I love Italian food. Been around the states to try different Italian dishes. Their lasagna is best I ever tasted. We also got chicken Alfredo, they make their own pasta too. Definitely worth every penny.
