Unfriendly service, disappointing food. No atmosphere food is trash. You should be embarrassed to serve this slop. This place has had 3 separate chances from me given the fact there open very early and near my home. There food is garbage and waitstaff isnt friendly at all. You can literally get better mexican food from taco bell. Why does my chicken enchilada dinner smell like metalic Campbell’s tomato soup, is this canned dark meat only chicken or what?? Its unbelievable they specialize in making food. Save your $25 for something edible. In the garbage can it goes.

The food here was good, and the atmosphere inside is cute and chill. However, we were a bit confused with how things are managed. There’s no clear greeting or direction when you walk in, so we weren’t sure if we should seat ourselves or wait. You have to go up to the counter to order, which was new for us since we’re used to sit-down service with menus.
They do bring the food to your table, which is nice, but we didn’t realize we were expected to bus our own dishes afterward. We usually leave plates on the table, but here you’re supposed to bring them up, we only found out after noticing a staff member seemed annoyed with us.
Overall, it’s a cute spot with tasty food, but the service style could be communicated more clearly, especially for first-time visitors

Stopped here for an unanticipated lunch of authentic Mexican food on Thanksgiving day. Delicious. Had a burrito pastor with avocado. Horchata was very good. Salsa was so fresh it was still warm. My family also got a gordita and two kids plates. Will definitely come again.

Slow service, 5-6 employees with an attitude like they don’t want to be there and treating customers as if they were doing a client a favor with smug faces. If you like the food, make sure that you call in first so guy can just pick it up and minimize engagement. Too many good Mexican places in the area to deal with poor customer service.

I saw a lot of bad reviews here, but I thought it was just competitors leaving negative feedback. However, tacos here are really not tasty. I ordered El Pastor taco and was not satisfied with my lunch. It was 70% fat and 30% meat. It seems like they add meat scraps to the tacos. I do not recommend this place and regret the money spent.

Update 02/08/2019: This place is still uber amazing lol! We typically from here if not every week definitely bi-weekly. My son is in love with the nachos. Me being a vegetarian I love the spicy potato nachos and burrito! You can never get bored with Burrito Loco! I’ve been eating this since my High School years, many many many years ago!
