Service was great. Much faster then I thought it would be. There’s usually alot of cars here anytime that I pass by. It was still like that when I went around eight thirty at night. I ordered three milkshakes and they were paid for,made, and delivered within ten minutes. I chose a banana chocolate milkshake and it was so delicious I will be ordering one again the next time I go. It was like a chocolate milkshake with real banana chunks in it.

Would have given it five stars however there seems to be a slight error in management. As you can see here the sauce packets for 5 say free. However when the waitress brought me my food said there was only one pack and if I wanted the other four I would have to pay for it, she said the manager had said that.

Food is always pretty good. They don’t give me cold food too often. I like to always get the mozzarella sticks and the jalapeno poppers but the people almost always don’t put sauce in the bag. I literally asked for marinara and they didn’t put any in the bag. I’m not gonna be a grouch and insult anyone, but I don’t just have savory marinara dip in my fridge, it would be nice if I could have some when i want it.

I would rate a zero if I could. I went took my family to this sonic and it’s happy hour and 50% off. We confirmed before we placed a order for 4 shakes. The order showed full price instead of half off, then when we tried to talk to the manager, we kept getting told he’s busy. The staff tries to give us 15% off but that’s not the 50% that’s advertised. Even when attempting to wait for the manager, we kept getting told he’s busy, he’s busy. I love sonic and we’ve never had a issue. This is the first time EVER. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location, not helpful, you will get ripped off a lot of money. We canceled the order. They do not follow their advertised discounts.
