Wife and I went for late lunch with an electronic gift card. Food was awesome, though I’m sad Macho Peas aren’t on the menu anymore . We were unable to order from the table or get our gift card to work even though we had the account number and PIN. It ask for another code so I texted I daughter and got that number, but nothing worked JESSICA to the rescue! She was the manager while we were there and worked tirelessly to get the gift card to work, including calling corporate IT. She even gave us a voucher for our next visit because of the brain damage. She couldn’t have been nicer or a better rep for Nandos. Thanks.

I highly recommend this place! The staff was super helpful, and the food was amazing. We ordered the 1/4 pound chicken breast, which was seasoned to perfection and incredibly tender. The side dishes were also delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

My corn was a nightmare it was really on fire, look at this pic. My bag was nice and closed so I didn’t open it until I got home. The cook should be fired. I called the store and was not offered my money back. I was told to come back and get the order redone. I live a few miles from that store. A gift card should have been mailed to me bad service. Don’t order the corn. Unhappy customer!

The baby sweat shop chicken wings, possibly from a frog, might the biggest rip off I’ve ever seen in an established restaurant like this. Really poor quality cheap birds, dry overcooked burnt wings were just dreadful. Oh yea and let’s forget to give the ranch sauce you’re supposed to use to drown these things in. I was really excited to buy Nando’s Peri-Peri at Arundel Mills on November 2, 2025 @ 5:17 pm with order no. 27938. I ordered three takeout meals of two one-fourth chickens each, along with three sides, to bring to my daughter’s house so we could all eat together.
However, when I got home and opened the bag — which I admit I didn’t check before leaving the store — I was very disappointed to find only two boxes of chicken (two one-fourth pieces each) instead of three. The three sides were there, but one box of chicken was missing.
I felt really let down by this experience. I wanted to call the store, but at that point, there was nothing I could do. I’m sharing this to warn other customers: if you’re ordering takeout, make sure to double-check your order before leaving.
It makes me wonder — how hard is it for the staff to make sure they pack the correct order? Mistakes like this truly disappoint loyal customers.

I came in early February but I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this Nando’s location. When my party arrived, there was no line and several empty tables, yet we waited about 15 minutes without being acknowledged. I eventually had to go up to the host stand myself to ask for a table. Only after I approached someone did staff attempt to seat us.
After ordering, we waited quite a while for our food. When it finally arrived, not everything we ordered was brought out. It felt like parts of our order had been forgotten entirely. Throughout the meal, no one checked on us, and overall the service felt practically nonexistent.
To make matters worse, the portion sizes were extremely small. I ordered extra chicken for my Rainbow Bowl, but the pieces were so tiny they were comparable to wing portions rather than chicken thighs.
Overall, this visit was frustrating and disappointing. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

The seasoning on the chicken livers was the Best I’ve ever had! Actually my whole meal (w/ sweet potatoes and garlic bread) was delicious as well!
Really liked our cashier whose been here for over 5 years and answered ALL our questions about the history of Nando’s.
This is was our 1st time paying. We came here on Mandela day to get the free meal and now we’re back and we’re hooked. Jokes on us. This is our new fav place.
