This is my preferred Buffalo Wild Wings location in all of Columbus. Even with another location just a few minutes away, I always choose to make the extra drive to this one. The atmosphere is much more enjoyable—not nearly as loud as other locations—and the food consistently comes out in a timely manner.
The specials are a great bonus, and the food always tastes fresh and satisfying. Most importantly, the service here truly stands out. The staff is attentive, friendly, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Thank you for consistently providing such a great experience

Haven’t ate here before but my son wanted to go for his birthday. We had a very nice server. Small, young girl very kind and efficient, dont know what her name was. Food was very good. Had the mushroom Swiss burger and the honey mustard was so good on it. My husband and son each had the six for 20.00 meals which is a good deal. Very pleased with our visit. We don’t live in this area but if I’m up there visiting my son I’d definitely go back.

Out and about today and decided to check out the BW3 at Cherry Bottom. It’s seat yourself here which is great. Was greeted right away by Malinda my waitress. SUPER personality, the whole visit she was definitely all about service and making sure I had a great experience. Also was welcomed by one of the other wait staff, I believe his name was Melvin. Ordered the honey BBQ wings, onion rings and carrots/celery. Everything came out in a timely manner. The Asst Manager/Casey came by to check on me. On to the food, wings were fresh and sauced well. Onion rings were cooked perfectly and definitely in new oil by their color. Loved the celery/carrots with Ranch dressing. Definitely breaks up the meal well. This was definitely a great visit and the staff was outstanding.

Came here with my family group of 7. I ordered the cheesesteak and almost laughed at the amount of meat and filling inside the tiny sandwich they are charging $14.99 for. I showed the picture to the manager and her reply it is based on weight. So they are being cheap with the customer. I told them this is exactly how Roosters a half mile down the road will put them out of business.

Wings were dismal. Don’t ever review but very sub par experience compels me to review. Out of the first 3 beers requested, out the sauce of the month and it is only the 11th. Couple wings came that were not even wings. Will not be coming back this this b-dubs. Will hopefully get better service at Polaris.

Had some of the best service here I’ve had at any restaurant in a long time. I truly appreciated the conversation and the banter and making us feel very welcome in the restaurant. The food was great and came out very fast. We were there as a group of military personnel and received a military discount which was great and I didn’t know about. They took our app info and got us the reward points and the only thing I was upset about was the lack of trivia, but I am chalking that up to the pandemic. Thank you for a great experience and will be back. Kind of butt hurt

Food was disgusting. DoorDashed bird dogs because we thought it was a new restaurant, to find out it was Bdubs. The sandwich’s had hardly any chicken, the fry’s were stale and the tator tots were burnt to the cardboard.
Managers are incoherent, and did not want to help. They were rude when I called and asked why the food was like this. Pictures speak for them selves.
We had to throw away $40 worth of food.
