Waited in the drive thru for 15 min with only 2 cars in front of me
Ordered the $6 biggy deal, got the bacon burger jr and fries.
WHAT TRASH!!!! The whole burger was Ice Cold and had a half of a piece of bacon on it and the fries were old and barely warm. Won’t be back here again.

Order 2 of the biggie bites which is 6 each for two of their 1.00 items. My hamburger was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Which did not get my sauce only my sons for the nuggets. And my oldest order queso fries in which they side they don’t have them only cheese fries. What he got was a piece of American cheese on top of fries. All together I pay 17 and change. Yes I could have drove back up there and cause a fit I didn’t because of gas. So we ate a shitty meal and paid to much

The food was NOT FRESH at all! Poor service..there has been times where I’ve visited this location and my food was VERY FRESH but that’s typically in the late evening. I visited Monday (December 15) during the afternoon time and it was horrible. The fries tasted as if they just sat there for a while and the nuggets as well. The soda nozzles aren’t properly cleaned because you can taste it in the soda. I’m a person with fast food worker experience so I do know the ways in which things are to be prepared/cleaned. THUMBS DOWN

It’s gotten pretty bad. The guy with the dreads they usually have on the drive thru is either hard of hearing or inattentive. They’re slow to change over the drive thru menu. Also got there at the tail end of breakfast and they were literally out of sausage and eggs but they weren’t offering lunch yet. The lettuce is usually wilted.
