So me and dad came in for a father daughter day, While waiting for my order under the pick up sign, one of the employees told me to take a picture that it would last longer thinking I was interested in a romantic relationship with him and proceeded to harass me about standing there for my order. The other 2 males on shift were fine but didn’t seem bothered by his words. No corrective measures were addressed, so this is either a common occurrence or they were unbothered by his comments. I would also like to point out that if my father would have heard this interaction, it definitely would have started a physical altercation between the two as that’s unacceptable behavior for anyone just waiting for their order. I will not be returning!

SERVICE
As soon as you walk in, someone will greet you which is really nice. Everyone works so well together here. Even though all of them were really nice, the one I circled in the green was the life of the party (so to speak). Such a good energy from everyone there

I ordered something for pick up over the phone around 10:30 AM for a 12:05 pick up and when I got there it wasn’t made. They took about 40 minutes from the time me and my coworker arrived to complete the order. Then they have the nerve to tell us to go over and grab our own cups from the pile of cups while pointing with a disgusting face. The food was very greasy and it always is!

This place is nice but the service was unacceptable. We were only trying to order and the man was telling us to wait while he was doing nothing then he proceeded to tells us “uno minuto” as a sign of racism. Overall this place was very good but please hire people that are committed to their work.

Everything came out fresh. The lady at the register was very nice and answered my questions with no issues. Really quiet location enjoyed my visit. Would go back if I’m in the area and would like a burger. The cheese burger Is the double and it’s a perfect size for me. I didn’t really like the broward mall location the first time I went because the burgers and fries where overly greasey but this location gave me a whole different experience.

Five Guys operates a fast food look with a higher quality product which is definitely reflected in the price point although not utterly overpriced. This location was visited for a pre-movie meal and although there were not many people there the ordering and delivery process was a tad disorganized. The dining room was also in need of some serious cleaning.
