Both employees looked at us at counter and did not acknowledge us and decided to let us stand for five minutes before we decided to go somewhere that actually wants business.

I waited 8min for the “Hot n Ready” pizza they didn’t have before the guy tells me, “Im sorry I thought we put one of those in the oven, but we didn’t.” So I got my “hot n ready” pizza in just under 20min. I’ll never go back.

I have no idea why this new crew can’t make a pizza correctly to save their lives. It wasn’t this way a couple of months ago. But now, the new hirees seem absolutely clueless, and screwing up order after order. Either undercooked or missing toppings. Or even just flat out not following instructions. Management needs to come in and retrain all these people, or else this business is going to go down the tube.

What a shame to leave this review as its the 2nd time that the pizza has come out undercooked when “hot n ready”. Quality has really gone downhill at this location since its remodel. Employees seem friendly enough, need proper training on pizza cook times.

When you need value pizza, this is the place to go. At this location, my order is always on time, and if I interact with an employee, they have always been polite and friendly. I love the pizza portal to pick up my order. So fast and no line!
