I arrived to pick up the order and bring it home. Upon unbagging the order at home the rice & beans were missing to my specific meal we ordered about 4-5 meals. And the beans given for 5.99 was extremely small.
I drove all the way back to inform them the meal was missing the rice and beans if they can remake the order for me since I’ve just had to drive all the way back, and if I can have the correct beans I live 30-40 min away. The server tells the active manager Tito what has happened, Tito arrives to inform me he is going to check the cameras because the kitchen staff is stating they included everything and he needs to find out who is telling the truth….
At this point I’m now waiting for Tito to conduct his investigation For RICE AND BEANS, After sometime he returns to go to the chefs and come back and tell me they made a mistake. So he makes me wait only to receive rice and beans and no chicken. I inform him the chicken was made and picked up an hour ago I was hoping to receive the meal fresh since I am now going to have to eat this with cold chicken from 1 hr ago what am I suppose to do? He stated for me to rewarm the chicken because he knows if he makes the chicken fresh I will keep the one at home and eat it another time. You would think for the massive inconvenience of having to come back twice I would’ve received the food fresh. No that was not the case, after making me seem at fault even seeing on camera I was telling the truth.
I’ve been coming here for years and have never encountered such unprofessional unempathetic terrible customer service.
Tito stated to go home and come back with the chicken so he can make it fresh…. I don’t think the active manager even understands how to deescalate or provide ANY customer service.
I will never again come back here to pick up food for my family again, nor will I recommend and in fact will not suggest my relatives and friends to ever come or cater for anything.

It was or fort time here. We were a party of 14 from different countries. We re sat promptly and we knew that our time was limited. The waiter knew it and took out order right away. We received our food and it was really good and a savory. The only issue was the bar drinks were a little bit bland. Overall it was really good experience. Well done!

Great food, the appetizers were so good and the service amount was so much that we have leftovers. The entrées were so delicious and yummy. Maybe wasnt the best presentation but delicious. What I have to complaint was about the desserts. I asked for them they told me they have a tres leche but with four leches, I replied what was the fourth one and he told me: ” so you know the milks that iare used on the tres leches? I said , yes I do, and then he told well, this dessert has one more milk. Never told which one was the extra milk …

From out of town, this restaurant did not disappoint. Everything was great, the staff was sweet and atmosphere was jumping. We enjoyed awesome authentic Hispanic food. Different flavors and texture were the best.

Wow! Me and my husband absolutely loved coming here. The customer Service is excellent. From the minute we walked through the doors, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The 2 waitresses that we had were friendly, very attentive. The food was excellent, very tasty and very nice portions, we ordered 2 kids chicken tenders with fries, picadera mixta, paella and the camarofongo, all delicious, and the mojitos were the best I’ve ever tasted. I definitely will be coming back. The Music that they play in the restaurant was perfect volume that I could still talk and hear my family. recomendado!

Absolutely Love this Restaurant! Latino food I was missing and this place had the food I love!!!! So…I did went at a certain time,So there was NO ONE but me when I reach. So I got all the attention from the staff which was excellent service The food was delicious…and the the wine was The place was clean and organized. The music was ok….wish they would switch it up a bit ! They had only reggaeton whole time…next time would like Salsa,Merengue, Bachata, Original Reggae, Classical music would also be fine! Anyways the parking was big enough, The AESTHETIC look inside was OK…but outside the Restaurant looked out dated Needs an upgrade outside The Food of course was DELICIOUS I had Red Snapper fish and with Mofongo and wine after I ate I was very satisfied. Then humans began to walk in that’s when I wanted to pay my bill and I left! Overall I enjoyed and do recommend to others who wants some Latino food Yummy
