Food was fine. There was a big Semi truck blocking half the store and caused a line of cars. I then was given my food via transgender that just threw my food at me. After that I said have a good day and then it said nothing and just stormed off in a hormone induced rage the likes of which are unseen outside the trans community. I do not want to see that first thing in the morning.
Also it forgot my fork.

So I have had this problem happen at this location I’m more than one occasion with the same person named trip. What they do is they bump the order off of the screen making it say it’s on its way and then five minutes later you’re still sitting there waiting, so I just drove off I refuse to sit and wait on some thing for 10 minutes when it’s a order of tater tots.

The burgers were well done and tasty but the fries were overcooked, cold and barely salted. No restrooms. They tell you to go across a 5 lane major highway to Arby’s and use theirs if you have to go.

Ordered a large Frito pie about half an hour to maybe 40 minutes ago went to eat it as soon as I got home not even 10 minutes later, and promptly threw it in the trash! All I wanted was a Frito pie with onions. But the Fritos were all stale! Couldn’t even chew them

Maya is AMAZING!!! I come through almost every morning for a drink and snack. She always has a smile on her face and her energy is contagious! The days I come by the Central Ave. location in Hot Springs and she is there, I know it is going to be a great day!!

Only giving four stars instead of five because I ordered hot fudge in my sonic brownie blast, paid the extra 30 cents and there was no hot fudge in it at all. Not really upset or anything, I get that mistakes happen, it’s just happened twice now. The car-hop server Moriah was very nice and had a positive attitude for how busy it was, she had to run our card inside because the touch screen payment option was not working at all after several attempts. Food is always tasty!

The carhop brought us the wrong order and then when we finally got the correct order the food was not very good. My bun was soggy, not sure why but needless to say I didn’t eat much of my burger and my boyfriends popcorn chicken was the size of about a nickel and it was pretty much all breading and no chicken because they were so small, see picture. We both left still hungry and very irritated that as were charged almost $20 for a popcorn chicken that was horrible, a hamburger that was disgusting, an order of tater tots and a cherry limeade.

Before I could even pay for my order, it was being delivered, and it was 100% correct. Great job. This was not just one experience here. We’ve been then 4 times in 2 months and it is consistently impressive. Best service from any Sonic we’ve eaten at from Nebraska to Tennessee.
