We spent $22 on breakfast and they forgot our hash brown and this is the iced caramel macchiato they gave us. Horrible experience thank goodness i’m not from herewith it being one of the only fast food places around.

Soooo slow…the workers were so slow and there was not many customers at all. The lady taking the orders had no clue about what was on the menu to be able to help me with my order. I feel like you should educate yourself with what’s up there so you can help the customers when they have questions. On the plus side the frys were hot and the iced coffee was pretty good.

OK first off I ordered on the screen thing so I could use my points. OK that already made me mad because I had to restart my order twice because your screen thingy is not advanced enough. It didn’t work good and it didn’t give me a receipt. OK so I go to the counter I had troubles paying, but we’re not gonna get into that. you guys messed up my sandwich. I requested one thing, one thing on my sandwich and that was bacon And you messed that up how do you mess up the one thing that I requested? It was a double bacon quarter pounder. It’s literally in the name you messed up. I’m very disappointed next time I will be going to the Logan McDonald’s. They will never do me bad. BYE.

No changing table in either bathroom, though there are holes in the walls where they used to be. There was also no soap in the women’s bathroom.

Every time I go to get food anytime past 10:00 I run into stale buns. Any other time everything’s great no problem. Me personally wouldn’t give someone a stale bun.

Staff were rude and and my McFlurry was extremely overfilled to the point it couldn’t even be closed and was melting down the outside. Front counter area as well as drink station was messy and trash on the floor in both areas. Got home to also find no pickles on my hamburger when I ordered extra.

First the person who took my order was all over the place she was crossing stuff out, changing things and didn’t put stuff I wanted! Then she didn’t even read my order back to me so I wasn’t able to fix the mistakes that she made. Then I got my food and my food was horrible I got two crispy McChicken sandwiches add mayonnaise instead of butter I was charged $.30 for the up charge from butter to mayonnaise! Then they barely put any mayonnaise on the chicken sandwiches at all and then the chicken sandwiches their self. The chicken was old. It was so tough and so dry it was left in the cook box way too long. It’s ridiculous because the prices went up, and the food is bad, the fries were old the chicken nuggets were old! I’m only giving it a one star because I have to if you don’t, I won’t let you post this!!

Fast curtious service with a smile very neat and clean even the restroom s not a lot of riff raff like b4. Very well managed. Still the best biscuits are located on the plains McDonald’s in the plains. Great job test your a wonderful & great manager. This is also the same atmosphere as Nelsonville maybe just a little busier but no riff raft all the same good morning and it’s nice and cool have a good drink conversation and meet new people

Stopped in to get breakfast to go. Staff was not friendly at all, place was clean. After we got our food and got back on the road, we got our sausage McMuffin and Egg McMuffin, we realized that our bottom piece of English muffin was hard as a brick and inedible! We had to remove it and just eat the rest. Whoever put our sandwiches together had to of known, that’s how hard they were. We definitely will not stop at this location again !

This McDonald’s is way to slow stood inside for an 1 hour no one came to help us with the order the workers are so rude they saw us stand there and still no help so we left after being there for 1 hour
